Location, local facilities, busses, beach. The owner was quick to respond for repairs and concerns.

Well situated and the kitchen wall well furnished with everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels. Beach chairs were available. Easy access to shops and beach.

As soon as we arrived we were presented with a bill for electric and cleaning. I explained that everything had already been paid on Booking.com. But the following day, I got a WhatsApp message from the host to pay. So I sent Booking.com message confirming that. But Novasol sent me an email on the 2nd day to request payment for a bill Booking.com had clearly already pocketed. On the day I called Booking.com pleading with them to get in touch with our host to confirm payment had been made, someone rang the bell to come in to collect the money. The constant harassment spoilt my holidays. I was stressed and never allowed to relax and enjoy my break. Novasol and the host owe me an apology. I also feel that Booking.com should have taken that matter in hand right from day one when I flagged the problem. I felt let down by both parties. No words of apology from Novasol nor any confirmation that the utility bill had been paid Absolutely appalling!
