Het appartement is zeer ruim en volledig ingericht. Het ligt dicht bij het strand maar toch in een zeer rustige straat met fijne restaurants, geweldige bakker, grote supermarkt op enkele stappen van de voordeur. Mijn echtgenote was vooral blij met vele kastruimte om onze klederen op te bergen. Je kwam meteen tot rust in dit appartement en het gaf een heerlijk vakantiegevoel. De communicatie met de verhuurder was zeer aangenaam. Zij reageerden snel op elke vraag en stuurden meteen iemand om het defecte rolluik te herstellen.
In- en uit manoeuvreren in de smalle straat om in de parking met autolift te raken is niet simpel en vereist uiterste concentratie. Dat is het enige wat een beetje tegenviel.

Hace demasiado frío en invierno, los aires están ubicados en lugares donde no se caliente muy rápido el piso.

El ascensor del parking muy justo y la plaza de garaje muy justa , la conexión wifi inexistente y la ducha regular, muy alto el aplique y sin poder orientarlo bien

Ubicación muy cercana a la playa, apartamento muy bien equipado y muy limpio. Dispone de ventiladores y aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio. Mucho espacio para guardar cosas.
El acceso al garaje se hace a través de un ascensor montacoches bastante justo de dimensiones.
