Fantastic staff that was understanding and kind, clean fasilities and a delicious breakfast. Great if you want to get outside of the busy city life and enjoy a peraonalized experience, the scenery and location was beautiful as well!

Quiet place, nice garden . Have plans to go there again in summer, should be nice to sit there outside . Was nice to have free coffe or tea when we want . Funny dizain of room. You must be really close people with other person with what to stay together in the room, because from room can see shower and hear toilet, there is no door. Was not problem for us. Just saying :) Actually there is other toilet outside room what you can use also .

Narrow beds - may be can put them more close to walls . One of us fell out of bed in the night :)

We were welcomed by two charming, gracious women whose boundless enthusiasm, kindness and humanity defined our stay. Lovely home on a well-manicured property. Well located near beautiful Tournai.

Such an unexpected beautiful experience. It was of another world the peace and quiet sublime.

The host and her family were very welcoming. The location was stunning and the garden and facilities were such a lovely surprise. It was a piece or 'peace' of Heaven. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and every need taken care of. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and full of variety. The garden was a delight to sit in with many areas to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Incredible house, room and hostess, who speaks also German and Italian (which was good, because we do not speak French). We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome drink at our arrival. Room was modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and served on the porch. The house is located five minutes drive from the city centre. The hostess was very helpful and provided us with a city map. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience. We are just sorry that we can not give a higher grade than ten. This accommodation would deserve fifteen!

C’est le genre d’endroit sur lequel on espère tomber un jour sur Booking.

Le site est particulièrement beau et calme. Dans cet écrin de nature nous avons passé un excellent moment. Tout était parfaitement propre et confortable. L’hôtesse de maison était aux petits soins pour nous du début à la fin, une personnalité remarquable avec énormément de savoir vivre. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et vous conseille le petit déjeuner qui est en option mais TRÈS bon et copieux.

tout était parfait, accueil chaleureuse, l'endroit est magnifique, confort des chambre, le petit déjeuner très copieux avec aussi des confitures maison, un délice. Je vous recommande ce bel endroit et les propriétaires sont adorables, toujours aux petits soins pour que vous soyez à votre aise et toujours le sourire Je vous remercie encore de votre accueil. La véranda où nous prenions nos petits déjeuners, avec vue sur le jardin, était très agréable . Le petit dejeuner est copieux et goûteux. Notre hôtesse nous a accueilli chaque matin avec bonne humeur, bienveillance et toujours avec l'envie de nous faire plaisir. C'est un endroit que nous recommandons vivement. La chambre était spacieuse. Rien ne manque.

Zalig verblijf in Jardin du Marais!

Heel mooie locatie in schitterende streek om te fietsen. Super lekker en heel verzorgd ontbijt, niets was de 2 dames teveel om het naar onze zin te maken! Heel goede bedden, waardoor we na lange fietstocht sliepen als de roosjes.

Excellent séjour au Jardin du Marais ! Hôtesse exceptionnellement agréable et dévouée, accueillante et souriante ! Très belle maison, particulièrement bien tenue, d'une propreté impeccable ! Idem concernant les 2 chambres que nous avons occupées: très très propres, tout confort, linge de lit et de toilette de qualité. Petit déjeuner incroyable ! Diversité, quantité et qualité des produits servis. Jardin magnifique, très bien entretenu et beaux équipements de détente à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Een schitterende omgeving in een mooi huis waar je echt welkom bent!

De locatie was superrustig gelegen. Maar we konden makkelijk te voet naar een restaurant en namen de wagen om uitstappen te maken. Eventueel kon je met de trein naar Doornik. De bedden waren uitstekend, zeker voor rug-patiënten! Ondanks dat onze kamer uitgaf op een spoorlijn en we de ramen 's nachts klikten, hebben we nooit last gehad van de treingeluid. Naar het schijnt hadden we de kleinste kamer maar die was prima voor ons korte verblijf van 4 dagen. Daarnaast konden we gebruik maken van het salon, de eetkamer, de veranda en de schitterende tuin. De eigenares was supervriendelijk en we konden met al onze vragen bij haar terecht. We zorgden zelf voor ons ontbijt omdat we zo snel mogelijk op stap wilden gaan maar mochten het servies van het huis gebruiken en opruimen moesten we ook niet doen.

Het is bijzonder moeilijk om ook maar iets te vinden wat tegenviel. Nee, dat is hier niet van toepassing!
