Andante Princesa

Great location, helpful staff, very comfortable beds and really good aircon! Rooftop pool is small but enjoyable.

A thin frosted glass door to the toilet and no lock on the door wasn't very enjoyable. The is a toilet by the breakfast restaurant if you wish to have some privacy

The room was really lovely, modern and spacious and the bathroom facilities were really nice too. The bed was very big and comfy. The rooftop was nice too, the pool is not massive but big enough for a dip. The reception is really nice and the staff we spoke to were super lovely. The location is great, in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, the area did not feel sketchy at all.

The rooms were a little on the dark side, could do with more lighting. The cleaners used something to clean the hallway carpets every morning which smelt really bad. For some reason, the taps in our room wouldn’t run cold water, only very hot water.

Love the decor!

The property manager was very warm and hospitable. Due to the rain, the elevators were down and she brought them up to us all the way up to the fourth floor. We also enjoyed having a water refill station.

The bathroom needs solid walls for privacy and a traditional door. Not everyone traveling together is comfortable with that design. Also, I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get new coffee mugs throughout my stay. I received new towels daily so why was I told that I had to rinse and reuse my coffee cups for five whole days. If I am to be told to do dishes then I’d like dish soap and a sponge.
