Location and quality of services.
They should pay a bit more attention to the variety of breakfast. Over three days, there has not been a single difference in the breakfast menu or variety: similar taste, similar options, and similar presentation.

The staff at the desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about good restaurants in the area. The room was very quiet and clean and comfortable. The location was great and in the center of old town Barcelona.

It was a wall literally. Nothing like photo above. Birds flew into my room. Pretty terrible. Birds poooing everywhere
