Close to city center, a bit far from train station. Very good staff and very good breakfast. Rooms and other facilities are ok for 1-2 nights. Nothing too great, but nothing terrible, either.

All you need for a night, or two. Clean, comfy and free parking.

The room was absolutely nothing special, but it was all you need for one, or two nights. I would book this hotel again.

As helpful as the reception was trying to be, the lack of common understanding was making it hard. English is not a preferred language, Italian is better :)

A good place to sleep over on your way to or from Italy. Situated in the centre of a charming small town, close to the motorway, shopping centre, and the beach. Old-style hotel with comfy rooms and fair (Italian) self-service breakfast. Large garden with enough parking space.

The staff is very eager to help, but with a rather limited knowledge of English.

Friendly, clean, great location. Would recommend!

We stayed here the last night of our holiday. It is very easy to find, central and has onsite parking. Very clean and fantastic views from the upper floors. Its a hotel with character and old world charm.

Not enough plug outlets or any USB outlets in the rooms but its an older hotel so.....

Very clean and nice place with quick access to all you need. As bicker you will be provided with a place for your bike.

Hotel and surrounding are a little bit too lout in the night, so if you are sensitive sleeper that could be a problem.

Lovely town near Venice and the Adriatic coast

We liked the town of San Dona di Piave for its closeness to Venice and Jesolo Lido beach. The hotel was what we could afford for a short notice booking. The staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. We didn't try breakfast.

Perhaps more relaxation space for guests in the building as no garden or lounge? The location is an issue - it's good for the centre of San Dona and being near the beautiful River Piave, but not so good for nighttime and early morning noise from traffic, late-night eaters and drinkers. The aircon was fine until the last night when we turned it off as it started leaking water.
