We chose this place at a short notice. It turned out to be a great place to stay. We were switched a room because of a non working AC (see below). The next room was fine. It was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent.
They hade some issues with air conditioning heating. They were in the middle of renewing there air conditioner throughout the hotel though.
The beds mattress could see some improvement as well.

Everything was exceptional! We arrived late in the evening, around 10PM and still got the check-in done with no problems, they were waiting for us! I would suggest future guests to provide the correct arrival time and let them know if anything changes. The room was extremely spacious, gorgeous bathroom, huge shower, soft bed sheets. Could not fault it. Breakfast was filling and enough choices. Delicious coffee! Overall very romantic and a good place to stay when exploring Tuscan countryside!

The location
No parking anywhere near the property, absolutely not for guests with any mobility issues or physical disability. Receptionist commented that she had never seen anyone like me before (a person needing a disability aid!) Not a shining endorsement.
The room was far from spotless and it smelled strongly of mould, there was no window at all. Parking & other facilities were not as advertised. The room booked wasn’t available when we arrived.
