The location is spectacular. While on the main street, you hardly hear car noise and it all quiets down in the evening. The sunset and view from the terrace is amazing. Easy walk into the centre. We felt comfortable locking our bikes next to the room, out of sight from the street. It’s a no frills, old school Italian room which we are comfortable with, others may not.
Payment by cash wasn’t advertised and made it more expensive for us from Australia than card payment.

Une vue magnifique, un logement rustique et pas impersonnel. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux de la mère du maître de maison.
Un logement bien différent de celui attendu : un studio à la place d’un appartement (plusieurs photos montrent un appartement 2p ) pas de micro onde, pas de lave linge, pas de couverts pour petit-déjeuner par exemple….

Posizione molto tranquilla che fa vivere a pieno l'esperienza delle colline del Chianti. Panorama fantastico al risveglio. Giardino esterno utilizzabile e riservato, molto gradito. Gestore ci consiglia bene per esperienze culinarie in zona. Stanza rustica, pulita, accogliente e comoda.

We stayed at Romanita's place in January for an overnight sleep, so I can't be really objective. Romanita did her best to warm up the room, but clearly it is not designed for a winter stay. The location is great, you can reach Radda on foot, and the price is great too - I suppose, we did not really have many options in January as most of the agriturismos are closed. The room is simple, basic, no luxury, so if you book, bare in mind this is a budget accommodation and you get what you are paying for.
