The hotel had friendly staff and a spacious area, but the overall comfort and environment lacked.

The receptionist was really friendly. The space was very large, with a high ceiling. It had a modest kitchen with two pans, cutlery, and plates. The only thing missing was a frying pan.

The motel is situated in front of a highly busy car street. You have to open the windows because there is no air conditioning or fans. So the noise from automobiles and trucks will keep you awake. The hallway and rooms had a strange odor. The pillows were really thin.

It generally didn't meet up expectation.

The location was quite good, not far from train station

We booked a room with a kitchenette as advertised on the booking platform, but upon arrival, we were given a smaller room without one. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, the WC did not flush properly, and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was not cleaned at any point during our four-night stay, and the reception desk did not open until 3 PM, which made it difficult to address these issues in a timely manner.

Clean, comfortable, free parking, close to public transportation, very practical and perfect for a weekend stay.

The location is good.Near to train station.Easy to transport to Koln central station. Lidl is next to the hotel,very convenience to buy daily necessarilies.

Very friendly and very helpful staff on arrival. Room was large and clean. Complete with a small kitchenette. Just a 5min walk from the train station.

Had a kitchen but nothing to cook with. No tea / coffee facilities. Breakfast is in another hotel somewhere in the neighbourhood.

Good hotel, close to amenities and transport.

Staff member who checked me in was lovely. Really liked that the room had a kitchenette and was so close to the Lidl. Also being close to public transport is great. Room was good and I slept pretty well.

Quite a bit of noise late at night from other guests, a lot of crashing about which made me feel a little nervous.

Nice value for money, big rooms

Nice place to stey when the whole Cologne was overbooked, close to the train station, 3 stops from the center. Our room was very big, we made a self check-in (*make sure to provide the check-in hour before to get a key if you come late!)

good value for money, receptionist very very nice girl. room big and confortable, nice to have kitchenette and fridge. bathroom with shower and all very clean. 5 minutes walk to the train station with trains to central cologne every 10/15 minutes and only 7 minutes journey. lild supermarket on other side of the road and plenty of places to eat within 500 metres. if i back to cologne will choose this hotel again without a doubt

Kind, helpful and value for money!

The reception when coming to the hotel! The atmosphere in general at the hotel. Closeness to public transportation and a Lidl. Possibility of balcony with two of the rooms on the top floor (sunny side).

If you look for a cheap but comfortable place, where you can stay "as you like", this is perfect.

Good bed, room, equipment, (wardrobe, table, stool, TV); I liked specially: fridge, cooking mini, sink for dishwashing, cupboard with a few dishes, glass and cup and layers - everything was clean, rather new, comfortable, in white. also very good: shower and whole little bathroom; no noise from neighbours; no smoking! Room service every day - if you like. Or from time to time. For buying food, there is a big supermarket (Lidl) round the corner. You can easily prepare your breakfast or a little supper and save money!The hotel is situated in the western outskirts of Köln, but the S-Bahn goes to the main-station/Cathedral/city in 15 minutes, every 10 min. (2 lines). Station: Müngersdorf.

There is no elevator/lift. I unpacked part of my things and carried them, the young lady carried the suitcase. The bus-connection to the train-station (S-Bahn) is only every 20 minutes, but when you are young, you can easily walk on foot for about 10-15 min. to the station. (As I am old, I had to accept the waiting time for the bus, as I don't keep in mind bus-times etc. My problem). A problem is the noise in the street directly passing the hotel, where empty trucks/pickups rush along in the morning (not in the night from ca. 23h to 6h). As I was there in summer, I could not close the window in the night. With windows closed, you have complete silence! The area is rather simple, a lot of industrial offices and shops and fabrics for machinery or so, some old houses in between, many workers from all nationalities.

The staff was nice.

Everything else. I couldn’t sleep properly because of the trucks passing around making huge noises and couldn’t close the windows because it was warm.

Nothing at all

Location too far from the city center and to anywhere in Cologne, you almost have to change 3 times at least between trains and buses to arrive your destination. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Low grade cleanliness. The property says some rooms are containing kitchenette but mostly these rooms are unavailable. No flexibility from hotel management or even showing that they will try helping you, (although the staff were nice people)

Reasonable, no-frills overnighter.

The room was clean and neat. The lady who checked me in at the front desk didn't speak much English, but was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was also a breeze. A very basic hotel for a reasonable price if you're only staying for a couple of nights.

The curtains don't cover the windows completely. The mattresses/beds were also not super comfortable, perhaps in need of an upgrade. Not very close to other things like restaurants (at least there's a Lidl very close-by). Rooms facing the road also get a LOT of noise pollution from the main road.

Very good value in a safe area.

The room had everything we needed - clean comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with hot water and an excellent shower. The fridge was very handy as the trim was hit. It was exactly what we needed as we were out all day. we left the windows open at night and this worked very well. There was very little noise and no insects.

It is a little bit far from the centre of Cologne but once we became familiar with the bus and train it was fine.

No lift, super noisy location - not recommended

The price was competitive compared to other hotels nearby. The location is perfect being 5mins from the Technology Park Sbahn and 3 stops (10mins) to Köln Central Station.. Has nearby supermarkets and the room is ok with small kitchen, tv and other basic facilities.

The hotel is located on a super busy street with not so good road. So the cars / trucks that pass by make 3x the noise due to that. You have to ensure that you have earplugs. It was way too noisy during our 4 nights stay. There is no lift in this hotel, so if you happen to have heavy suitcases, then good luck. I think there are other better hotels that you can find. I would rather spend extra €50 to have a more comfortable stay. I don't recommend this hotel.

Very cheap "total cost" compared to hotels in innercity of Köln.

big room, kitechenette made it easy to prepare/store food those days when you bought food from Lidl, which is exactly infront of the Hotel. Don't worry that the hotel seems "far" outside Köln innercity, there are a bunch of e-scooters available everywhere and it takes 20 minutes to ride to inner city (daily pass with tier/voi/dott/costs ~7 eur for unlimited rides). You will save a fortun buying ready meals from Lidl and buying daily rides with e-scooter to do all the sightseeing you wish.

They cleaned the room only one once during my stay ( 5 days) and that was after 2 days when I visited the reception and literally asked for shampoo refills + emptying garbage can and so on. I don't know if they forgot or simply don't unless you ask.
