This hotel is extremely clean, with generously sized rooms and attentive staff. It has a large ski room with ample storage for your equipment. The room size is generous - there was plenty of room to place luggage on the floor and still have room to walk around the bed, etc. The bathroom was a bit small but it is offset by a large counter and sink in the room. This counter I believe is intended to be a mini kitchen, but we utilized it as a bathroom sink since the actual bathroom sink was a pedestal sink. The included breakfast had a great variety and there was lots of room to sit. The breakfast room can be used at night to socialize with traveling companions. There are many tables and comfortable chairs and a cozy fireplace. The hosts even provide an honesty bar so that you can help yourself to drinks and snacks. We loved playing games with our friends.
It would be helpful to have a sink over the in the room sink so that guests like us with lots of toiletry items could use it for both activities (kitchen and getting ready). The walk to the ski lift was a bit longer than expected (about 10 minutes - I'm sure I read the distance wrong so it's really my mistake). There is a bus, but it only runs on the hour. We would definitely return, though, as we loved the rooms, the host, and the breakfast/social room.

The breakfast buffet is good with good quality and variety of food, e.g. various granola and bread.
The beds are comfortable.
The breakfast could be offered a bit earlier, such as 7:00 or 7:15, for those who want to be able to reach the first gondola to the ski slopes as it takes time to walk there and get a slot for the gondola at around 8:00.
The pillows for the bed could be better or at least have the extra onse in the closet ready with bed linen available.

Continental breakfast was good and ample for the start of a day in the mountains. Loved the boiled eggs. Sauna was an absolute winner. Didn't use the gym as at SF20 a go wasn't worth it (and I'd skied hard enough!). Alos good to have somewhere other than your room to sit if you weren't out and about.
Croissants could have been better quality. Machine coffee was adequate. Bed comfort okay but only just.

Very convenient and charming place to stay. We enjoyed the spacious apartment that was very suitable for a family with 3 kids. Good location: very close to the 'Snow Garden' for the kids lessons and also easy to reach main cable car station. The breakfast was excellent and the upstairs breakfast and seating area has a very nice alpine ambiance. We also enjoyed sitting by the fireplace there in the evening while enjoying a drink from the 'honesty bar'.
