Ipê is a 3-bedroom apartment in Residence Le Ridge in Morzine, set on the sunnier side of the village and around a 10-minute walk from the centre and lifts. It sleeps up to 6 guests, with two double bedrooms and a bunk room for children. The living area combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge in one space, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats up to five guests.
Guests have access to shared facilities including a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as communal bike storage. The centre, lifts, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. In winter, the Portes du Soleil ski area is easily reached, whilst in summer Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes are nearby.

- Pets: Pets are allowed. A €100 fee will be charged upon arrival, along with an increased security deposit.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Sauna was good although jacuzzi was temporarily out of action. Great location for access to ski area via bus or car.
