    A comfortable, clean stay with a convenient location and excellent walkability. Transport was easy to access, and the hot water and view added to the overall experience. The staff were elcoming, the facilities were well maintained, and the stay offered strong value for money.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, condition of the rooms, and overall quality of this hotel. The hotel is extremely old, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the money we paid. The first room we were given had a terrible, strong smell of mold and dampness. The bed sheets looked like they had been washed, but they were completely covered in hair and fibers, which was absolutely unacceptable. The towels were not replaced during our stay, and the bathroom was a complete disaster. The shower area and bathtub were disgustingly dirty, with stains, grime, and leftover hair from previous guests. Even worse, there were visible traces of feces stuck to the toilet bowl. This is beyond unacceptable for any hotel! The entire atmosphere was unpleasant, outdated, and uncomfortable. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such terrible hygiene and such poor conditions. I am genuinely shocked that a hotel in this condition is still accepting guests and charging these prices. The ONLY positive thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else was an absolute catastrophe! I deeply regret spending my money here and would NEVER stay at this hotel again. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else!

    I have never stayed in a worse hotel. The entire place is disgusting, old, and incredibly dirty. They simply do not clean. Because we were staying for 4 nights, I actually had to beg the staff just to get our room cleaned. When someone finally showed up, they literally only changed our towels. They didn't bother to clean the room, and they didn't even take out the trash. It was incredibly frustrating and lazy. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, but that is definitely not a reason to stay here. There are plenty of other far better hotels in the exact same area. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Absolutely not recommended. Avoid this place at all costs! 😕 😑
