Worn out. No coffee/tea. Need to ask for toiletries. The room smells

The location was very convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The staff were also friendly and check-in was smooth.
The room was quite dark, even with the lights on. The air conditioner was also not cooling well, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.
