Very bad

No Ac in the room although it ia written that it is air conditioned!! Beds are too small You can hear Sounds of other room The room that i was given not the same as the picture, when i told the receptionist she said but it is the same size !!, although i also dont think it is the same size too!!

Beautiful stay at a beautiful place

We had a exceptional stay here from the moment we arrived, and were greeted with a welcome glass of prosecco, until the moment we checked out and were given a departure gift of a bottle of wine. The hotel was well-kept, well-located, and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning! Our room was clean, our beds were comfortable, and we loved our private balcony with an amazing view of the lake. The pool and hot tub were also very nice and included the lovely lake view as well. Parking was free, which was also a nice bonus. And they had a free filtered water bottle filling station that was great to use to fill up our bottles before our hikes.

The shower in our room was tiny, but we loved everything else.

Incredible views and huge breakfast!

The views were outstanding! We loved the rooftop pool - brilliant for both us as adults and shallow area too for swimming with our 6 month old baby! Breakfast was incredible with so much choice and friendly staff! We ate at the bike bar/restaurant twice during our stay (something we never usually do!) as food and location were so great!

Shower was small but ok. Shame shuttle bus was not more frequent, particularly in evening.

Spectacular views, nice rooms, beautiful lay out of the pool area.

The restaurant across the road has quite loud music from morning til evening. We had a room on the first floor. Maybe other rooms, higher up and on the other side don’t hear this noise.

Perfect

The breakfast was amazing! Freshly cooked to order and freshly squeezed fruit and veg juices. The view is stunning. Staff are great. They put on free afternoon snacks and coffee which was a lovely addition. Even got a bottle of wine when checking out. We can’t wait to come back

We loved everything. But just a small negative was we did get splinters from the decking around the pool- so make sure you always wear flip flops and bring some tweezers

It is the perfect place

The location and view is spectacular , the rooms are clean and spacious with a great balcony and a perfect lake view , the break fast is nice also , and the hotel offers a shuttle bus to the centre of the city

Amazing holiday spot.

The view over the lake is amazing. Breakfast is exceptional and the stuff friendly. Beds and pillows are so comfortable that we had a fantastic sleep during the whole stay.

Very good value

Well located up the hill from Torbole but the hotel operates a shuttle to Torbole. Beautiful views of Lake Garda and Riva del Garda almost from all areas of the hotel. Very good selection for breakfast and hotel staff also go round tables to take orders for freshly prepared omelettes, pancakes and waffles. In the afternoon the hotel offered free tea/coffee, finger food and cakes. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. On checking out the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from the region which I though was a nice gesture.

My wife burnt her hand on the electric kettle in the room because the cut off switch was not working well. The frigo was unplugged when we arrived.

As we saw the photos on Booking, the view from hotel was amazing and people are very nice. In the room, there were even the slippers and towels for the pool so we could enjoy the sunny afternoon! And when we checked out, they offered the gift, very kind of them! We really appreciated all :-)

The view is stunning!!! The staff gave us a room just beside the panoramic terrace. Really nice breakfast with amazing views!

I don't know how realistic it is or not but the swimming pool and jacuzzi was not available because it was outside. It would be great to have a heated jacuzzi outdoor or small pool and jacuzzi indoor.

Perfect location, facilities and breakfast!

If you happen to have next door a loud couple or family it will not be very pleasant. You can hear everything and basically cannot sleep. I knocked and asked kindly to stop :) Next night they were careful and everything was fine. On the other side my kids woke up every day at 7 o clock in the morning. I imagine that it was difficult for others to sleep. Families with kids understand that is difficult to make them quiet 🤫 😵‍💫
