The property is in a very good location in the center of Munich. The room and bathroom was very clean. You get coffee and tee for free every time.

Clean room & beddings. Room size OK & quite quiet. Shared toilet & shower room renovated & clean. Free tea and coffee until 10 pm.
No air-con or fridge; microwave did not work. Need to walk up stairs to room. Nearest underground station closed & had to take bus from 2 stations away.
