The hotel room was clean and spacious. The two staff members that served us as we left were friendly and made conversation with us which was nice. There was a bigger parking area at the side of the hotel which had plenty of available spaces for people to use.
The staff member on reception when we arrived was not the most helpful or friendly. We went to the bar for drinks on our arrival and there was only one member of staff working alone so there was quite a wait for drinks especially as the restaurant area was getting busier. Apart from this we couldn’t fault the hotel the stay was very good!.

After a long flight I had had terrible trouble finding the busstop for the Shuttlebus at the airport. I had called twice and wasn't given the correct information. So I ended up taking a taxi (£20) and when I told the receptionist at the hotel how difficult it had been to get here, he just shrugged it off with a smile.
A few words of concern sometimes go a long way when you have a frustrated guest in front of you!
