Impiana Beachfront Resort Chaweng Noi, Koh Samui

Location of our room was perfect

Tatty and staff can’t be bothered look tired and unhelpful

I really enjoyed my stay at Impiana Resort Samui, Chaweng Noi. The room was nice and comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the beach was great. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. Overall, I think the hotel offers good value for money considering its location and the facilities available.

The main downside was the gym, which was very small and had some poorly maintained or limited equipment. The breakfast selection could also be improved, as the variety of available items was somewhat limited. Overall experience Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel. Despite a few areas that could be improved, especially the gym and breakfast selection, I would still consider it a good hotel with a beautiful view, a nice beach, and excellent staff.

Wonderful choice for breakfast, quietness of the beach and view when in pool

Room was tired and bed very uncomfortable. Sun-bed area on beach could have been cleaned each days as lots of cigarettes butts in the sand

The location and the beach are great.

The property is not well maintained. We had to request several repairs in the room like outlets and the phone. Also, a lot of bugs inside the room.
