1.Given room next to busy road so couldn’t sleep. Refused to give other rooms that were empty without further payment. Didn’t say standard room faced traffic. 2. Safe never worked and was broken-couldn’t leave valuables. 3. No face /hand towels for washing body. Staff refused to address concerns - owner of hotel at fault for not providing procedures and taking care of guests. We request refund for second day as we changed our flight and left. Ruined our holiday with this place as we travel a lot and we were never given this type of room / hotel we need to be warned as it costed us an extra *** to Change flight and trip. Owner of hotel should train staff on providing the best experience instead of trying to rip off tourists who didn’t know what they are getting.

Booked a few days before travel, with wife and 10-year-old daughter. Hotel about 15 minutes south of busy area and on the beach. Due to room type, we had room overlooking pool and facing ocean, that meant up and down numerous steps to get to & from - and a room / villa closer to beach would have been nicer - with less steps. Pool nice, restaurant on the beach does a good buffet breakfast and lunches / dinners there not bad, though amazingly quiet in the evenings. Beach right in front of hotel nice, plenty of loungers, clean sand, massages on beach good, and not an overly busy hotel, or didn't seem to be. Around hotel, very little, but from hotel to up the coast or to the really nice Fisherman's village, easy to get a Grab car/taxi. Down points - the AC in our room on arrival wasn't working, after fixing it worked ok for a day and for last two nights pretty useless, especially the last night - when it died totally at about 4 am and I couldn't find anyone at the '24 hour' reception to get it sorted out - no fun! Minor also, but from the room fridge on first night we had several items - and despite telling reception several times, it wasn't until an hour before check out 3 days later that they re-stocked it. So, yes nice hotel for a few days, but be wary of the room AC !
