I would give the staff MORE than 5 stars if I could! They were all amazing. Not one staff member that we interacted with was anything less than incredible. They were kind, friendly, helpful, going out of their way repeatedly to help. Sheraton Samui, you have an awesome staff!

The rooms are spacious but somewhat outdated, with limited storage space for clothes. The window frames are wooden and have gaps, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room; we had to block them with tissues.
Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits.

It was fine. Dated rooms. Service was fine. Kid's club could do with renovation and more proactive childtainment.

It was an amazing stay, very family friendly. We stayed for 14 nights with our family and we had only positive experiences in the hotel. We loved the beach, pool, food at Blue Monkey and all the staff were wonderful.
