centrally situated, modern, comfortable. Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good. However, the menu on the hot food remained the same each day. The chef could also alternate. Perhaps, change up with mushrooms, baked beans in a tomatoe chutney, maybe a frittata, some chia pudding as some examples to bring in variety.

The gym needs more equipment like some more matts dumbbells, towels and a water station, tv.

The room carpet was dirty and had a faint smell. also no water in the room.

Beautiful clean room with comfortable bed plus a friendly reception

I loved the quick check-in and check-out service, the reception was friendly and helpful. I like the nice comfortable bed and the clean room plus nice chair and cushions with nice colours. The white curtains and painting made the room look good!

One guy was trying to open my door with his key twice , but luckily he didn’t succeed! Maybe he didn’t find his own room number and came to wrong door, because the rooms’ number are on the floor not on the door!

Nice room. Quiet room with comfy bed. Clean and nice bathroom.

I was asked on arrival on my motorcycle if I'd like parking in underground carpark. Of course I said yes please. Only to find out next day when leaving I had to pay €16.50! I was not impressed with that to say the least.

Exceptional

This hotel has pleasantly surprised me. It was not too big, but quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had excellent choices no matter you would like, all fresh and well organized. It was located in the centre of the city, walking distance to Grote Markt, stations, restaurants, bars and shops. Saturday there was a market close by. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
