There will be no next time at this property.

Breakfast was pretty boring with the same items every morning. Also, some items will run out of stock if you weren't there when it open. Dinner was hit or miss. We didn't like the food 3 nights out of 6, and the other 3 it was just OK. They don't have a ski boots dryer room. Beds were supper uncomfortable. They overcharged out bill claiming confusion between what we order at the restaurant and at the bar, but they weren't able to provide an itemized receipt. So, if you order anything from the bar or in the restaurant and you don't pay immediately you should track your consummation because they will mess it up.

Some of the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Nice family own hotel, which, due to the free ski bus provided, is a great stay for a ski holiday

- free ski bus from/to the hotel with a great (and very helpful) driver - food was excellent (simple, but tasty) - clean rooms - cosy, family own hotel - good location for ski, especially coupled with the ski bus

Did not like: - the room was cold when we arrived (the heaters were turned off and remained chilly for the entire stay (even with the heater on, we still had to use 2 blankets) – maybe other rooms did not have this problem but ours did Neuter: - although we had half-board, we had to pay extra for the water at dinner - due to a strike in Italy, we we were forced to arrive one day later (but paid for the entire stay); when we arrived (at around noon, next day), I asked the lady from the reception if it is possible they prepare us some sandwiches, since we missed the first dinner and breakfast (which we still paid), but she said no. I know that it wasn’t their fault for the strike in Italy (as it wasn’t ours ), and they were not obliged to, but it would have been a nice gesture, which would have softened a little bit the situation;

The view from the hotel rooms were stunning and the general attention to detail outstanding. Every little thing has been thought about, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the family's hospitality will forever warm our hearts . The breakfast was perfect, dinner an institution!; an authentic Italian 4 course meal every night.... that we started talking about at breakfast! What a week. We felt blessed to have found this unique, family-run Italian hotel. It just has that special something that is rare to find and made our holiday. Do not get us started on the Torta Della Nonna !!!...

Nice hotel for skiers and not only

The rooms are large and confortable. The temperature was perfect, not too hot, not too cold. A SUPER + for the bidet in the bathroom. Also the room was being made daily, and well, without any special request from us (it has become rather rare since Covid) . We enjoyed the food very much - it is simple but well prepaired and, very important, it is enough to feed a person arriving starved from the ski=piste :). The hotel is conveniently located - 15-20 minutes by car from Breul-Cervinia ski-lift. The hotel also offers a ski bus which we did not use. We found out that this hotel was a very good choice.

The only thing that could be imporoved is adding (or fixing) some heating in the ski storage, the equippment needs to dry.

I like personnel who works in the hotel: people are friendly and polite, maybe it needs to improve English skill but overall they showed great communication and service, also facilities were a very good: WiFi, garage, ski storage, clean room and lift. Also property provided a private ski bus to the Valtournenche ski what was a good bicuspid for us.

Ottima struttura e rapporto qualità prezzo per chi vuole soggiornare in valturnanche sia in estate sia in inverno. Camere super pulite, colazione e cena davvero buoni piatti sempre abbondanti personale gentile. Disponibili posti auto nel piazzale di fronte all'hotel, deposito sci e scarponi per l'inverno. Struttura molto organizzata a gestione familiare, consigliato!

Hotel muito bem localizado, jantar simples mas muito bom! No jantar, se tinha a opção de dois primeiros pratos e depois dois pratos de carne - escolher um para cada hospede. As sobremesas eram muito boas! Café da manhã também simples, mas bem bom. Atendimento tipico Italiano, direto ao ponto. 2 horários de ônibus para ir até Valtornanche (8:30 - 9:00), retorno 16:00 ou 16:30. Acabamos usando o carro, já que o estacionamento era grátis. Parceria com o rentals no pé da montanha - desconto de 10%.

Pontos de melhoria: travisseiros muito duros na cama - dormimos com o nosso casaco, incluir água no jantar (não estava incluso) e atendimento mais cordial.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gross genug, das Bad ebenso.

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unsere minimale Bedürfnisse, das Abendessen wurde erst ab 19:30 serviert und entsprach auch nicht unsere Bedürfnisse. Keine Sauna oder Wellnessbereich. Der Skischuhraum entsprach auch nicht unsere Erwartungen.

Relax, tranquillità, buon cibo e buona compagnia !

A partire dalla colazione per finire alla cena ho trovato tutto quello che potevo volere. Compresa la disponibilità a cambiare il menu in base alle mie esigenze di salute. Il resto è semplicemente fantastico: camera con bagno e balcone al sole, ascensore, hall spaziosa con banco bar, sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. Complimenti a tutto lo staff ! Grazie di cuore !

Una soluzione buona ed economica per escursionisti

La struttura si trova in una frazione del comune diffuso di Valtournanche, sulla strada che sale a Cervinia e in ottima posizione per tutte le tipologie di sport ed escursioni estive e invernali. La stanza aveva una buona vista, buoni spazi (molto grande il bagno) e una buona organizzazione degli accessori: tutto pratico e a portata di mano. Letto comodo e pulizia impeccabile completano un quadro positivo insieme a un rapporto qualità prezzo interessante considerando il periodo. Buona la colazione soprattutto sul dolce ed essenziale sul salato e, considerando la formula di mezza pensione, abbiamo trovato discreta e varia la cucina serale, molto semplice e casalinga ma con piatti spesso saporiti e legati alla tradizione locale: antipasti a buffet e scelta ogni giorno tra due primi e due secondi, con dolci casalinghi e macedonia fresca.

Gli arredi e l'illuminazione datata sarebbero da aggiornare e, soprattutto, la dotazione tecnologica: il televisore minuscolo con decoder aveva dotazioni e audio al minimo sindacale e il wi-fi era assolutamente insufficiente, specie considerando la pessima ricezione cellulare nella zona. La mattina presto era ancora utilizzabile per le funzioni essenziali (meteo, prenotazioni, notiziario, ticket ecc.) ma la sera a hotel pieno e con tutti in collegamento non si arrivava a un mega in download, rendendo di fatto inutilizzabile il servizio.
