A perfect stay with comfort, great service, and outstanding dining.

We were a group of two families. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Being able to check in early as our rooms were ready was a wonderful start to the trip. We parked on arrival and didn’t need to move the cars again until departure, which made everything incredibly easy. Renting our ski equipment directly at the hotel was very convenient, and the transfer service to the slopes was excellent — efficient and completely stress-free. The lodge has a luxurious feel throughout. The jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect way to unwind after skiing, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere, honesty bar, and the friendliness of both the staff and other guests. The highlight was undoubtedly the evening meals — outstanding food with drinks included at a very reasonable price.

We needed to request towels and had a small issue with the door lock, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily return again.

That was an amazing stay. We have bath in our bathroom, and it’s cool during winter time when snow outside. Tasty dinner whey served on that beautiful long table. Good view, good vibe, friendly staff

Exceptional

The atmosphere in the hotel is super cozy, like a family. We didn’t take dinner, but breakfast was amazing, we also were allowed to take some sandwiches away for going in the mountains. The view from the room is gorgeous. There is very little parking, but it is not a problem. The workers of the hotel can move your car, if someone wants to go away. I would definitely recommend to stay in that hotel! And if we go to the mountain Matterhorn one more time I will choose hotel Millefiori.

Sometimes wi-fi didn’t work, but in that place you don’t have to sit with the phone, because around you are incredible views.

Cozy hotel, highly recommended!

We loved their comfortable lobby bar with candles and bonfire that set you up in a relaxed mountain mood, you can enjoy that area with coffee or evening aperitivo, nice concept of the dinner where you share the table with other guests so we happen to meet new people and have a nice talks over the dinner which was so tasty! Beautiful dinner set up, we appreciated all of the small details. A lot of options for breakfast! You have the home away from home feeling.

The food was fantastic, both the breakfast and the dinner. It was also great to meet new people and share a chat over meals. The self-service bar and lounge area are very cosy. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. The private ski bus was a great service to avoid the hassle of parking by the lifts.

the hotel is located at the beginning of Valtournenche, in a walk distance you can reach the centre of the small village. the staff is friendly and the atmosphere they create in the living room and in the breakfast room is really pleasant. I felt at ease, like at home (music, fireplace and candles) Rich breakfast, everything fresh and a good variety of products. we had 2 family rooms, wide and well furnished. we tried also the small sauna and the Jacuzzi, it was relaxing after a long walk in the mountains. the hotel offers some parking places, when full, there are other places in a short distance. we haven't tried their restaurant but it is said to be good and rich.

maybe I would add some glasses in the room and a hair dryer

Very nice and comfortable hotel, with great food and staff.

Breakfast is very nice: a lot of choice among many good things. The dinner is also at the top, from the appetizers to the main dishes. The quality of food is excellent, and the quantity can satisfy anybody. The atmosphere is very nice, awesome furniture, and the staff is kind and ready to satisfy any request.

Recommendation for this cozy hotel

This cozy hotel had very friendly and welcoming staff. We liked the rich breakfast and dinner, self service bar, daily room service and the pick-up service to and from the ski lifts

We were suffering a bit from the sounds of neighbours as their toilet was right behind the wall next to our bed. Also, tables in the common areas were rather sticky. The spa area was a bit inconvenient as it did not have a shower and the guidelines regarding the use were quite unclear.

great atmosphere, breakfast was excellent (huge choice and high quality), dinner very good too, and staff very friendly and helpful. Our ski guide was excellent. Lounge is cosy and welcoming. Handy to be able to hire ski equipment from the hotel.

slightly disorganised when we arrived (room not ready) but they made us food and really looked after us.
