Comfy, spacious stay, relaxed atmosphere

I have stayed here a few times now and it’s is always clean, comfortable and spacious. Great facilities with free airport shuttle and sports bar.

There’s always a bit of a wait to get checked in at the property.

Great room, very soft bed and the rest needs some work.

The room was beautiful and check-in was quick. The shuttle bus was useful.

The bed was the softest hotel bed I have had for some years (I have about 100 hotel nights per year) and I woke up with back ache. The lobby area was not attractive. In the office behind the reception desk we could see torn cardboard boxes, cables, and general mess. There was no queue management at checkout. Some people waited a long time, others pushed to the front and were served immediately. The cost of snacks at reception was exorbitant. Two small packets of chips and some liquorice for 25 Euros? There is the usual hotel problem of the price of breakfast. 25 or 30 Euros is ok for a relaxed Sunday buffet breakfast. But what if I only want a bowl of cornflakes and a coffee?

There were some issues with the maintenance; the carpet was stained, the woodcabinet need to be repaired, the iron did not function and the electric kettle was not cleaned properly

Dinner options - last time I stayed the sports bar served a full menu at night instead of just the limited menu. The only option for a full meal was the expensive dining room which was not my choice of the standard menu in the sports bar. I understand this funnels people to pay more in the main dining room, however, it limits choices and will effect whether I stay on my next trip. Simply, I just did not get what I expected compared to a previous stay. Breakfast though - still good.

Cleanliness, quiet, very good price, friendly staff, great for overstaying if you have an early flight. Shuttle to Shiphol and 10’ walk to the GA terminal

Waited two hours for check-in, no one mentioned there would be a charge applied for early check-in when we arrived and said we would wait. I travelled with a colleague and had booked a twin yet the beds were together in the room. The room didn't feel like an appropriate twin room.

Overall, the stay was fine, but it was unfortunate we got off to a bad start with the shuttle.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was no noise disturbance in the the night.

Myself and group I travelled with were waiting for the last free shuttle bus, but it never came. We were there ten minutes early, but it never arrived. When we phoned the hotel, we were told that it was full and had come back with guests already. We then had to get a taxi. This was almost 1am in the night time. It doesn't say anywhere on the website that if the bus is full, it will not come back to pick up remaining passengers. We waited almost 40 minutes as we were not aware that the last bus doesn't come back after the designated time on the schedule to pick up any passengers that were still waiting. There should be information on the website/on the shuttle bus notice about this so that people are not stranded at the airport waiting for a shuttle that is never going to come. There were black marks on two of the bath towels in the bathroom.

Lovely place to stay and relax near Schiphol.

Room is spacious, quiet and modern. The gym is actually well equipped compared to the vast majority of hotel gyms, but the pool and spa really are awesome. Nothing like a hot steam and a swim before a long flight!

Can't really complain about a free shuttle that got us where we needed to go on time, but there is a case to be made for either a larger shuttle with improved luggage capacity or higher frequency service at least for part of the day.

Personnel is very friendly

Stayed here several over the last months and many times of the last 20 years. Recently the rooms have become very warm without an AC being able to cool down the room leading to bad sleep.

Very nice professional hotel, clean, comfortable, great for business trips. Very comfortable room, good bed. very good room design - good and comfortable working place.

I was unfortunate to stay at the hotel during a period when many conferences were being held simultaneously. So the bar couldn't bring me the room service, I had to go down for it. However, it was really no trouble, and the food was nice.

I had several disappointing experiences during my stay at this hotel:

The hotel charged an extra €10 on my credit card without prior explanation. During check-in, I arrived around 5:00 PM and asked for my room. I was told it wasn’t ready yet, even though I had informed the hotel of my arrival time in advance. At check-out, I left the room at 12:40 PM, and the hotel informed me that they would charge a €10 late check-out fee for those 40 minutes. I refused, pointing out that I received the room late at check-in because it wasn’t ready. Also, a 40-minute delay is quite minor, yet they still applied the extra charge. The shuttle bus to and from the airport did not follow the stated schedule. I had to wait nearly an hour at the airport before the bus arrived. Lastly, the hotel is poorly located in relation to Amsterdam city center. Getting there requires multiple transfers on public transportation. Unfortunately, these issues affected the overall quality of my stay.

the room price very good for the location and they also upgraded it for me. Late check out with fair price. Room service definitely too expensive so I won’t suggest it (50 euro for a rice and veggies and an appetizers, no drink)

Terrible stay with an old smelly room and bad quality food from sports bar

Location, check in staff was excellent, shuttle bus for free.

We arrived a bit early waited for the room to be ready. Room looks old and very very damaged. Not clean. Waste bin full with other people’s trash. Bed dirty under the topper with hairs and nasty stains. Had dinner at sports bar. 2x caesar salad which gave us all evening and night belly craps and diarrhea. Checkout staff was made aware of problems. Did nothing and just apologized. Very very poor standard for an airport hotel

Comfortable stay, convenient to airport.

Large comfortable rooms, luxurious after a long flight. The staff found adjacent rooms which made the stay very easy. Staff were helpful and efficient. Quiet considering how close it is to the airport. There is a very large forest park just over the motorway for anyone wanting a run/cycle.

No real issues - the location was a bit far from town, but that was expected. On weekends there are no real options for food nearby - closest proper restaurant or supermarket was 5km away.

The check-in is very efficient, the fastest we have ever experienced. The regular shuttle service to/from the Schiphol Airport/Station is well appreciated.

Not worth it and do not really follow Covid restrictions

Bed and wifi

Masks are NOT strictly implemented. Even the staff does not wear it. People walk freely around the property without masks. Not really friendly and welcoming staff - very curt doesn't really care at all. Shampoo, soap and shower gels are not refilled. We only have so little to use.

Not many positives!

Room was spacious and quiet. Sports lounge service was ok.

Food selection in the sports lounge was limited and what was available was pricey. Check-in staff gave incorrect information regarding the shuttle times. The bed was very soft. The tv screen is too small for the distance from the bed. Not very many English channels, Was charged a service charge when paid with a credit card. This was not stated in the booking confirmation.
