Place was fantastic, it had virtually everything you’d need, a great little kitchen that was well equipped, fast wifi and comparing to other places in Italy you don’t need to go up too many stairs. I saw other reviews saying the ceiling height was too low but we didn’t find that to be the case at all. Overall we stayed in a lot of places in Italy and this was by far the best.

What I liked of my staying is the location, the personal treatment from the management, that was well equiped for preparing meals, and very warm for these winter days.

What I didn’t like is that has a very small height. It is reasonable because it is an attic, but the doors are very small, the bathroom was very uncomfortable (it’s the smallest part in the appartment). It is suitable if you carry small luggage.

The location was close to excellent restaurants and in a picturesque upscale part of the Centro Storico.

There was no lift. I nearly fell when trying to find the hallway light switch at night. Bathroom roof was so slanted I couldn’t stand up straight, which was uncomfortable for a tall person. It was very cold at night and I couldn’t get the heater to operate as I wanted. There was no TV, which is strange for a $60 room.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist optimal, zu Fuss 10 min zur Piazza Maggiore..Viele Restaurants, Eisdiele, Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe. Das Bett war bequem. Es ist eines der gûnstigen Appartements in Bologna, man bekommt was man zahlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wäre auch absolut ok, , wenn es sauberer und gepflegter wäre. Über das "Fliessenloch" vor dem Bett hat sich ein Vornutzer schon 2024 beschwert. Es ist immer noch da. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Einwandfreies Wlan. Klimaanlage und immer heisses Wasser (in Italien nicht selbstverständlich).

Die Sauberkeit. Das Appartment war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Viel Schmutz und Staub, vor allem im Bad. Das Appartment macht einen vernachlässigten Eindruck.. Das Bad ist - aufgrund der Dachschräge -winzig. WC-Gang ist nur im Sitzen möglich. Fazit: Wenn man hinsichtlich Sauberkeit kompromissbereit ist, kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Ansonsten nicht. Für grosse Personen (1,80 m +) ungeeignet. aufgrund der Dachschrägen.
