Villa Splendida offers stunning panoramic views of Cefalù, blending modern comfort with a peaceful hillside setting. The villa features an open-plan living and dining area, three double bedrooms, and three shower rooms, all furnished in a light, contemporary style. For larger groups, a guest annexe includes an additional double bedroom and sofa bed. Enjoy the nearby beaches, the charm of Cefalù, or simply relax in the tranquil surroundings.
Villa Splendida is set in the hills with panoramic views of Cefalù, offering a peaceful retreat. The villa combines modern comfort with open-plan, light-filled spaces, featuring a large living and dining area, three double bedrooms, and two shower rooms, all styled with neutral tones, light wood, rattan furniture, and sea-blue fabrics. For larger groups, a guest annexe adds a double bedroom and sofa bed.
The living area opens onto a spacious decked terrace with a pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue and covered dining area—perfect for summer meals. The villa is surrounded by a lawned area, mature olive and pine trees, and beautiful views. Paths from the villa lead to walks through the Madonie National Park.

Annexe: Open-plan room with kitchenette, double bedroom, and shower room.
Pool: 10m x 5m, depth 1.30m to 2.00m.
Grounds:
The living area opens onto a spacious decked terrace with a pool and sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen, featuring a built-in barbecue and wood oven, along with a covered dining area, offers a perfect spot for summer dining. The lawned area, surrounded by mature olive and pine trees, provides additional space to relax and enjoy the views.

Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool measures 10m x 5m and has a depth ranging from 1.30m to 2m. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.

We loved the view, the outside cooking area and the pool. Angelo was always on hand to answer any questions and the service provided by massimo villas was outstanding. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and comfortable to an extent as the only complaint I would make was the size of the beds they were all very small double beds, 150cm in width.
Cefalu is an amazingly beautiful city with many pretty villages nearby.

It’s quite a dramatic location. From sunrise to sunset it’s hard to stop staring at the view. The home is impeccable; great design, great layout, modern comforts, beautiful grounds. Outdoor kitchen is really nice to prepare, cook and dine al fresco. It’s about a 10 minute drive down some narrow access roads to the town of Cefalu. The town is really charming and there’s plenty to do in the area. Our group had 6 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 8. It was a perfect week for our family.

We spent as a family a week in April in the Villa Splendida and enjoyed our stay very much. The Villa is spacious, well equipped and nice designed with a big pool and well maintained garden, staff comes twice a week. The view over Cefalu and the sea is awesome!
Communication was always easy and professional, Angelo gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. We appreciate this.
It takes approximately 12 minutes by car to get to the supermarket MD with bakery and some more minutes to reach the sandy beach and the wonderful old town of Cefalu with La Rocca.
The airport of Palermo is within 100 km and 75 minutes and Palermo itself approximately 60 minutes.
We would recommend Villa Splendida to everyone who loves a very quiet and beautiful setting. We would come back to this Villa and Cefalu.
