Agriturismo le Campanelle - Sicilia - Cefalù

Le Campanelle is a lovely property in a great location and is an ideal base for visiting the beautiful town of Castelbuono and the Madonie National Park. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, most staff were very friendly and the swimming pool was perfect - just the right temperature and a good size. Having a restaurant onsite serving good rustic Sicilian food was great particularly after a busy day touring the area and having the pool was an added bonus. We found Le Campanelle to be very family oriented with lots of families staying and locals visiting the hotel including some big family parties.

We stayed for the last 4 nights of our month tour of Sicily and wanted to spend time relaxing before our journey home. However, each afternoon/ evening there was a large family gathering including a couple of children’s birthday parties. Whilst it was great to see that it is a really lively venue and popular with the locals this meant that it was not quite as peaceful as we had hoped. Although everything does close down around midnight which was appreciated! Whilst staff on the whole were very helpful, having just one waitress at dinner was not enough - whilst very efficient, service did not always come with a smile!

Wow ,best place we have stayed in Sicily. Staff very welcoming,hotel is spotlessy clean. Comfortable bed,powerul shower. Location up on hillside gave stunning views. Large swimming pool . Breakfast..great selection,bread cheeses,ham Fresh tomatoes,juices.cereals,fresh fruit,pastries,cake. Restaurant at night..food delicious.

Nice large rooms with en-suites. Great pool and restaurant indoors and external eating at lunchtime. Fantastic views!!
