Stella is great!

We really appreciated the cleanliness, the generous number of towels, and the excellent hairdryer. The apartment's design was beautiful, with lovely paintings and tasteful decor. The attention to detail was impressive. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome touches: water, fruit, cookies (definitely homemade!), coffee, and everything else we might need. A few days into our stay, we even received delicious homemade pies. Beach accessories like loungers and an umbrella were available—just step outside and you're all set!

The host Stella was really welcoming and helpful! The apartment was amazing, nicely decorated, clean and very spacious! The view from the balcony was beautiful! The location is really good, the beach is literally across the road (1 min walk), big supermarket also very close to the apartment and also plenty of places to eat if you wanna try some nice Greek food! The beach itself was also really good, crystal clean water also amazing weather (Beginning of July). Parking was also not an issue there are plenty of free parking spots just outside of the apartment! Will definitely visit again!

We like the location - just in front of the beach, and the view from the balcony. There is a public parking and a supermarket nearby. It's not a problem to park your car on the street either. The apartment is very clean and cozy. We are impressed the most by the hospitality of the host. She was helping us with tips for restaurants, events in the town, etc.

Exceptional apartment with an astonishing view

Beach Side Apart II is amazing, much more than we expected. It's location is exceptional, just near a wonderful Blue Flag beach with silky sand, few steps from Masoutis store, less than a minute from a bus station that takes you to Kavala center in few minutes. On Saturdays, there is a fantastic green market just across the street, it offers great fruits and vegetables for reasonable prices, including very exotic things, such as white asparagus. There are also many nice tavernas near by. Free parking is in front of the apartment. The building is new, there is an elevator that takes you to the apartment. Beds are very comfortable, pillows are great. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is brand new and of greatest quality. The toilet is great. And, everything is sparkling clean and completely new: linen, towels, clothes. We spent most of our time on the balcony looking towards Kalamitsa Beach, the view is astonishing. TV has many channels. WiFi is great too, I had a Zoom meeting, it was great. Finally, the best for last. Stella and her family are absolutely impressive, cordial, charming and always available to support the guests. We had an impression that we were their most beloved relatives. Thank you Stella, we will never forget your great hospitality <3

Everything was perfect... the apartment was clean and beautiful finished. The view is outstanding and very close to the beach. The host left some compliments in the fridge which is very nice and give us tips were to eat and what we see in town. Recommended!

Stunning unobstructed view from the bedroom. Excellent base to enjoy the sea and Kavala area.

The view from the window was amazing. The interior was modern, artsy and very well equipped. There's a nearby quite satisfactory sandy beach with free showers. The beach is 30 seconds away. The market too. Downtown Kavala is a 5 min pleasant drive away. The lovely host Stella was very helpful, exceeding our expectations in many ways, yet reassuringly discrete. The fridge was filled with complimentary drinks and fruits. Bonus: on our first morning, this lovely old lady knocked on the door and presented us with this glorious traditional cheese pie, still hot from the oven. It was a touching gesture that we'll probably never forget. The place is awesome for couples or families with a single baby or toddler and I would wholeheartedly recommend it as such.

Although advertised as a property suitable for 2-kid families, in reality it wasn't: the proposed sofa was not comfortable enough for uninterrupted sleep. This is really the only issue we had.

Eve ilk girdiğimizde, masada bulduğumuz yeni yapılmış "ev yapımı" sıcacık kurabiyeler ve sabah kapımıza bırakılan el açması taze börekler gibi hoş sürprizler inanılmazdı. Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilcek herşey fazlasıyla mevcuttu, bilseydim yanımızda giysiden başka birşey götürmezdim. Herşey düşünülmüş. Otopark sorunu yok. Konumu harika, plaj ve market 1 dakika. Her açıdan güzeldi, herşey için çok çok teşekkür ederiz.

Nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern

Die Aussicht war wirklich sehr schön und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.

Das Bett war sehr schmal und man kann an vielen Ecken die Abnutzung der Wohnung erkennen. Einige Kleinigkeiten funktionierten nicht und im Bad waren die Kalkränder auch nicht sehr ansehnlich.
