Upon entering the living and dining room area you will be welcomed by the breathtaking views of the ocean, pool and dunes via the nearly floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.  Living room features include: wood style laminate flooring, ample seating on the large sectional sofa with queen size sleeper sofa, swivel arm chair and LCD TV with Comcast Cable programming. Dining room with seating for 6 overlooking pool and ocean.  Covered ocean /pool facing balcony extends across the front width of the condo and has a stylish pub height patio table ( seats 4 ) and additional seating. 

Gated community pool area with outdoor shower, covered gazebo for grilling, dining and relaxing (grills not provided), plenty of lounge and patio chairs, and a grass lawn. 
2 assigned covered parking spaces located under the building are available to guest. 

Located 4 blocks South of the center of Jacksonville Beach where the majority of all the beach festivals are held. Short 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Downtown Jacksonville is a also a short 20-25 minute drive.    Condo is within wallking distance to several nice bars, shops and restaurants and also the Seawalk Pavillion (oceanfront ampi-theatre) and the festive area of Jacksonville Beach.   Directly next to the community is an ocean-front park with picnic area and grassy fields.  The Jacksonville Beach pier is only 7 blocks and offers great fishing as well as the wide, flat beach great for surf-fishing, biking and shelling. Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach and nearby Ponte Vedra Beach is home to many world famous golf courses, museums and festivals and several cultural events.  This building does not have an elevator.
