- Great location. - Easy access. - Beautiful beach with no/few people. - Well-equipped kitchen with working cooktops and a large refrigerator and freezer. - Working washing machine. - The place is exactly as shown in the photos. - Perfect for a couple or a couple with children. Two couples might find it a bit uncomfortable. - Great communication with the owner.

If I had to nitpick, but it didn't affect my enjoyment of the vacation: - No WiFi :( Relatively good 5G coverage only on the beach. Even with an Italian mobile network card, you won't be able to connect to the internet in the cottage (even on the rest of island my simcard had better coverage than Italian ;)). - It's difficult to ventilate the cottage in this weather. Air conditioning would be useful. But the temperature inside was quite comfortable. - If you're traveling by car, you'll need a car cover/tarpaulin. Needles and resin are falling from the trees.

Amazing location. Right in front of a small sandy beach (rough sand). The shower in the garden was very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped and nearly brand new. The location was good enough to make the property deserve a high score even with some inconveniences.

The house was a little tight for a family of 4. Parking was a bit of a hassle. There are some facilities that weren't maintained well, out of order garden light, leaking shower booth, broken sun beds, etc.
