Villa Alipinta is located within the residential complex of Capannizza just 500 meters from the popular white sanded beach of Sa Capannizza .The Capannizza residence complex is directly located in front of the main access road to the famous 3 km long white sandy beach of Budoni. On the other hand it's less than 1 km from the center of the town of Budoni where all the necessary services are found such as the bank, caffes, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and more.

The HEATED POOL will be open from the begin of April until begin of November .

We had a fantastic stay. The villa is well equipped and in a great position for Budoni and the surrounding area as well as a short walk to the beach, which was perfect. The kids loved the pool. The check in was great and we were provided with lots of useful information.

Very comfortable stay, great amenities, great location to town and beach Rooftop was a bonus. Communication with homeowners was easy and responsive. We look forward to coming back.
