Le matelas de la chambre double un peu trop mou

The pool and terras are perfect. It's very nice to swim and the pool is pretty large. Also a great view and close to a nice beach. Cookware liks pots and pans, etc. are good, plenty of plates, forks, cups, etc. Airconditioning is in every room and bathrooms and showers are good. The wifi is strong and stable.

House cleaning and maintenance is not good enough. Garden is very poor, the grass is almost dead. The parasol base is broken. With some attention, the garden could be so nice. We have seen other villas with beautyful gardens. Floors, bathrooms and beds are clean, but... Spiderwebs on the ceiling (we cleaned it ourselves) and stains on the wall (death mosquitoes). Cooktop. 1 cooking zone does not work. Coffee machine is leaking water. Dishwaser is very filthy inside. Grease and dirty. Extractor hood is grease and having dead flies on it. The freezer is full of frost buildup and contains ice cream from other clients. Both toiletseats are loose. The host said we should have mentioned it sooner so she could fix it. It should have been right from the start. The host is a kind lady, but she only showed up during checking out. At arrivel, no information was given, we had to ask by ourselves for the wifi password and how to get hot water. For almost 500 euro a day, we expected a clean and well maintened house and conserning that we are dissapointed.

This is a 12 out of 10 in the ranking. Very nice, clean and quite place, good communication with the owner, close to the beach and a wonderful view over the bay of St. Anna. We enjoyed every day a different sunset from this terrace.

Everything was just perfect

Die Lage ist hervorragend. 5min zum Strand. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Doppelbett excellent. Matratzen der Einzelbetten nicht so gut. Die Gas-Versorgung fiel aus. Trotz Wochenende kam schneller Service, so dass die Versorgung nach wenigen Stunden wieder in Ordnung war.

Die Küchenausstattung ist generell senr gut, aber der Toaster ist eine Brandgefahr weil die automatische Abschaltung nicht funktioniert. Alle anderen elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Auf der hinteren Terasse fehlt ein Tisch, weil wegen der Sonne im Herbst diese Terasse eher benutzt wird als die vordere. Sonnenliegen, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen waren nicht vorhanden.
