About this house rental
Spacious apartment in a detached house overlooking the sea, surrounded by greenery. In addition to a large, private 50-square-meter terrace, furnished for outdoor dining with a view of Tavolara, the house features a front garden with a lawn and a magical grove equipped with a barbecue; both are available for use but are shared with the small apartment below.
Living area with an open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, and powerful range hood). First bathroom with a shower and a concealed washing machine. Two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub. Third bedroom with two single beds, one of which is on a loft.

Our stay in Budoni was simply amazing! The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view of Tavolara Island. The beach just one minute away by car is fantastic — clean, beautiful, and never too crowded. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming; Ana even surprised us with a homemade tiramisu prepared especially for us, which made our experience unforgettable.This place is also ideally located for exploring some of Sardinia’s most stunning destinations, making it the perfect base for discovering the island. We truly felt at home here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly, highly recommended!

We spent two great weeks in that wonderful house and we thank Anna and Manuela for being there for us whenever we needed help. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic! The house is lovingly furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Lovely beaches are 5-30 minutes by car, the beach Bar you can see from the terrace is a beautiful spot for a sundowner. We hope we will be back someday!
