Big terrace with super view to Bolsena lake to enjoy breakfast and dinner with vine and cheese.
Big, very cleen apartments, with kichen an 2 bedrooms. Of course beautifull pool. Safe parking. Nice owners, do not disturb as, we feel like home.
No Air Con, in very hot days sleeping can be better with.

Ottimo soggiorno per Pasqua 2025
La guardata è una grande casa di campagna in cui sono stati ricavati alcuni appartamenti. Il nostro (mi pare fosse "portico" o "terrazzo" è adatto per 5 persone, con due camere, un bagno, una spaziosa cucina e un grande terrazzo in cui abbiamo sia pranzato che cenato con una vista meravigliosa sul lago di Bolsena. La cucina è ben fornita, manca solo il microonde, ma a noi non è servito (c'è il forno normale). C'è pure la macchina per caffè! Pulizia ottima sia nelle camere, che nella cucina che nel bagno. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina essendo metà aprile.
Consiglio: tenere sempre chiusa la porta del bagno perchè quando siamo stati noi c'era un odore strano in bagno, forse viene dagli scarichi. Non è una cosa fastidiosa se si apre spesso la finestra.
