Overall our stay was very enjoyable! We were able to walk to Gatlinburg to enjoy the restaurants and shops. The location was also convenient for hiking in the national park because it was located close to many trail heads. The space in the condo was perfect and it was especially nice to have two bathrooms. The balcony provided great views. The check in and check out process was very simple and easy!

Great location and great view! But our smoke detector kept going off and when I tried to reach out to someone to fix it I kept getting told it was going to get fixed but no one fixed so we berly got any sleep
