A modern, clean, and well-equipped apartment in a great location near the ski lift.

A modern apartment that exceeded our expectations. The key pick-up was clear and very easy. The accommodation offers garage parking. The apartment is modernly furnished, and the kitchen offers everything you need and more. Cleanliness was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a ski storage room with boot warmers, which we really appreciated. Another great advantage is the elevator in the building. The ski lift is only about 100 meters away, and there is also a shop nearby. Overall, the accommodation more than met our expectations – we would be happy to return and highly recommend it to others.

Pleasant stay in a nice apartment.

Good location, nice and clean apartment. Late check out was a plus.

Wifi wasn't good and also a bad smell coming out of the bathroom everytime we used the shower. No amenities, like shampoo.

Great location, 100 m from slopes and great facilities

nothing really, only thing is the booking possibilities... a minimum of 3 nights meant that i needed to book 3 nights in appartment 5 and 3 in appartment 2... it was not possible to book less than 3 nights even though my preferred appartment (5) was available for 5 nights.

No wooden cooking spoons or implements, would prefer metal if wood is nit available, not the plastic ones providd.

Great location in Kitzbuhel area and incredible views with luxury accommodations.

This property was excellent in every way. It was spacious and the balconies added to the already large space. Everything was top notch…lots of kitchen ware and the sauna was incredible after a long hike. Great showers, kitchen, living room…there was nothing to not like about this property. The views were amazing as well.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I disliked about the property. Perhaps the lampshade in the living room got in the way on more than a few occasions, but that is so minor that it’s a compliment to the owners!

Very well designed place, amazing value, modern with sauna

Great place 2 minutes from the lift. Very nicely designed place with big table and kitchen. Two separate bedroom in the floor below. Sauna included. We had a great time.

Jochberg as a city is not the best place if you want to go out. No problem in our case, but good to be aware. The accomodation is directly at the main road, but it was quiet.

Exceptional

Modern, clean, fully equipped apartment. Large, bright living room with kitchen, balcony and toilet. Two bedrooms downstairs, each with balcony and bathroom. One of bathrooms have a sauna. Private parking. Ski room and laundry in the basement. Friendly and helpful host. Good location: 2 minutes walking to the ski lift, 5 minutes walking to the supermarket.

I have nothing negative to say.

Highly recommended, would definitely come again!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We were 4 and there was more than enough place for all of us. Fully equipped and comfortable kitchen, nice sitting area, balconies with the view - excellent place! There is a sauna insight of the apartment which was simply excellent in times of pandemic, to be on your own and still enjoy sauna after skiing day!

Just two small things: as there is sauna, there could be more additional towels included. I need to add that towels were given to us on request during the week - so, communication with the host worked perfectly. Another thing is that there was no place to dry things in the apartment: though it was quite nice weather during our stay, still gloves and bottom of skiing pants get wet after the whole day skiing.

Already our 2nd stay here. Very lovely modernly designed appartment in alpine style. Super clean. Communication with owner perfect and quick. You can use dayspa and pool in Kempinski hotel which is close (for a fee).

Heating was a bit of pain for us, either cold or too warm, could not catch the perfect temeprature. but there is a thermoatat in each room, so everyone could adjust to his own need!

Exceptional

It’s brand new, right next to the main gondola, 75m from a Spa supermarket. There’s a sauna in the en-suite bathroom and a log fire in the sitting room. The lady managing it is very welcoming.

TV and wifi wasn’t working on the first day but we were warned in advance and it was promptly fixed despite it being Christmas week.

Heerlijk appartement. Zeker aan te raden!

Het appartement was prachtig en zo comfortabel. Wij hadden het TOP5 appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op de berg. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers. Fijn ligbad. In Jochberg zelf is in de zomer weinig te beleven. De skilift is dan niet in gebruik. Maar je zit op korte afstand rijden van Kitzbuhel en Sint Johann waar meer dan voldoende te doen is. Het fijne appartement weegt zeker op tegen die paar kilometer die je dan in de auto zit. In de winter is dit echt ski in/ski out. De lift is direct naast het complex. Wasmachine en droger in de kelder zijn gratis te gebruiken.

Ik vond de bedden persoonlijk heerlijk liggen. Mijn mijn zoon van 12 heeft minder goed geslapen. Voor een kind zijn de matrassen aan de harde kant, dan zou een topper fijn zijn.
