Lovely, as new 2 bedroom duplex, single level at rear of block. Direct access to beautiful Carrum beach via the Patterson River walking track at the bottom of the quiet dead-end street.
One queen sized bed in main bedroom, 2 single beds in second bedroom.
Close to all amenities - walk to river, beach, shops, restaurants, station.
Large kitchen with quality appliances & granite bench tops. Adjacent dining area leading onto outdoor covered patio area and back yard. Separate lounge room, large bathroom with full sized bath plus walk in shower, 2 toilets.
Walk along Patterson River to the beach or stroll to the Marina and enjoy a cappuccino while you watch the boats go by.
50 minute train trip to Melbourne C.B.D.

Lovely walk/run along the river at the end of the street. Two good supermarkets 1km away. This was our second stay and we can't overestimate how good it is to know where you're going after a long flight. Remarkably well equipped.

Excellent accommodation, superbly situated to suit our needs to visit family and friends in the morning peninsula area. All amenities you could ask for were available in the house. Any communication with host responded to timeously.

The property is clean, very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The photos don't do it justice. Very spacious 2 bedroom unit with a private outdoor area with table and chairs which would be lovely in the warmer months. It's very private at the rear of the property too so no noise. Hope I can stay again when I next need to be in Melbourne.

Well equipped and comfortable unit. Short walk to river walk and walking distance to beach. Quiet unit with no road noise. Great communication from Patricia the owner. Highly recommended.
