Mornington peninsula get away

The house was clean, cosy, and homely. We needed somewhere for 1 night to support a daughter going through a difficult domestic violence court hearing the next day. It was perfect for her, giving her such a comfortable homely environment, enabling her to rest and prepare for the difficult day ahead. Facilities are fantastic for anyone staying for longer, with a great backyard suitable for all ages. Highly recommended.

Nothing as such

The house was nice but plain and simple. It was very low stress - everything worked and was easy to find and use. The house is set in a decent urban street. The kitchen is very neat and well equipped. All four of us had a bedroom to ourselves, which was excellent for the price. We found the beds to be comfy, the air conditioning is pleasant. There is parking on the driveway. The small front garden is lovely, and the back yard is nice and private. We found the location to be quiet, but still fairly handy to main roads and local shops.

The door from the kitchen to the back yard was key-locked and could not be opened, which was inconvenient. We could access the back yard through the laundry door, however, that required us to walk through the bathroom (which wasn't always available due to being occupied). I would have liked a foot-stool in the loungeroom, for my aching legs at the end of a day of walking, shopping etc.
