Enjoy your Lake Getaway in this 2BR/2BA condo along the water's edge of the Lake's main channel. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets accompanied by the soothing sounds of the waves washing up on the shore.
You'll Love the Outdoor Living Space on the Deck situated right on the water's edge. The view doesn't get any better and you'll enjoy afternoon shade unlike the other side of the complex! The Deck furnishings include Bar-Height Seating, a High-Top Table, and a rain & gutter system to keep you dry in the event it rains.
The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard-to-find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - and also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach playground and lake swimming area that the kids really enjoy!
In the Open Main Living Area, you'll appreciate the comfortable furnishings, the Large Flat Panel TV, and plenty of seating whether eating at the table or breakfast bar or lounging in front of the TV while overlooking the Lake. Bring along your laptop or tablet and log onto the Internet at High-Speed!
The Kitchen is fully equipped, and the Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!
The Master Suite has a Queen-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, cable TV, ceiling van, and a Stunning Lake View. The patio door offers direct access to the deck.
The 2nd Bedroom offers a Comfortable Queen Bed and Ceiling Fan. The shared full bath is just outside the door.
Additional Sleeping for two is provided by the Queen-sized Air Mattress with pump.... Much better than any sofa sleeper!
For the Boaters, our 30-40' boat slips are available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.
For the Ladies' Weekends, all the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village about 5 miles away and there are also numerous boutique style shops to check out at Blair's Landing and on the Bagnell Dam Strip. If you like affordable home decor, you'll love Evergreen!
For the Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!

This was a perfect spot for our needs and worked very well. Even when a problem arose they were helpful and responsive.

We loved the view from this condo!! Definitely the best we’ve ever had! The cleanliness and decor was very nice.Although these things didn’t affect our stay at all, there are a few things that could use attention. The main bathroom toilet kept running, the washing machine would not complete a cycle without having to keep restarting it, and the second bedroom closet and main door would not shut.

Overall, was a nice place to stay for the week while we were in town for our son's baseball tournament. I just wished the issue with the main bedroom tv was fixed during our stay. But beds were comfy and was cute condo, very accommodating!
