About this apartment rental
Enjoy an evening on the private decks while you enjoy the magnificent view of the main channel.
From the moment you step thru the door, you will be greeted by vivid eye catching colors and inspirational "feel good" wall art perfect for families and friends.
The Master bedroom (Enclosed) has a private bath and Queen bed with Tv/Cable. There is also a second bedroom downstairs (Enclosed) with a Queen bed, Tv/Cable and a bath right next door (Common shared bathroom). The loft area (Open area) has its own separate family room area with a Large Screen Tv/Cable along with 1 queen bed and 3 single beds. This upper area can sleep 5 people. The unit has a television in each bedroom with Cable, and a large flat screen in the living room area as well as hi-speed internet. There is a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to make your meals at the condo. We provide all towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and linens. We have decorated this unit in a manner that we hope will raise your spirits and bring you closer to those you are sharing your getaway with! Max allowed in this unit is 9!
Bring your boat and dock in our private boat slip (additional)
The LEDGES Complex offers two pools, Wi-Fi, an awesome Sandy Beach and playground for kids. This complex is a very central location by boat and land. The dining, shopping and entertainment options are all close by, as well as golf, massage, and great grocery stores. If you want to rent a boat or jet ski, the rentals are very close to this complex.

We loved our stay!. Property was clean and host provided clear instructions. Kids enjoyed their own space in loft. Great location from lots of activities, shopping and grocery stores.

This property worked good for us. It had 2 bedroom with a queen beds and a room upstairs that had 4 beds. There were 5 of us so it worked out great. It has 2 full baths. We come down ever year and I have used this landlord before. She does a great job.

We love staying at the ledges when we visit the lake and this condo fit my family perfectly. We would enjoying staying here again.
