The Ledges Condominium Complex is one of the most popular complex's due to the location (Heart of Osage), and the 2 swimming pools and the sandy beach! One of the swimming pools overlooks the main channel has an awesome view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. The 2nd pool is at the entrance to the complex and is across of the sandy beach area. Fishing off the docks is allowed so bring your fishing poles.
We are centrally located to all the entertainment; golf, 110 outlet shopping mall, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, restaurants. We are only 2 miles from the Lake Regional Hospital for any emergency need!

Boat/PWC rental and Boat Launching: Surdyke is right down the road from the condo where you can rental a boat, pwc or just launch your boat.

We have covered boat slips available for $25 per night.
