Amazing apartment can’t recommend enough!

Amazing location, the apartment was better than expected, clean and stylish with a beautiful view! Can’t fault the place! Such a stunning setting to relax and unwind we will return!

Love everything but we went early May so not a lot was open on the island it was lovely and quiet but also we felt we missed the buzz of the island and could have done with a few more restaurants open, I can’t recommend this place enough so just make sure you book later in May 😊

Excellent location and host!

Katerina was an absolute gem of a host! She offered to pick us up at the port, which we didn't think we needed at first with it being so close by. Low and behold, there was a sizable hill on the way, so we're very glad she did. She helped us find e-bikes, which made getting around really fun and easy. The property is absolutely lovely, in a perfect location near the main part of town.

Great luxury retreat

The hosts were super helpful and quite flexible to help us out with our late arrival; not to mention to let us know our boat to leave the island isn't running anymore ! That kind of saved us 1-2 days of travel problems. The room / villa is indeed super nice, confortable, well located and decorated with design in mind.

The shower water was warm at the hotest, not something you would expect out of luxury property like this. Kept forgetting to tell the host about it though as it wasn't too bad.

Pyrthea Houses and Koufonisia - a little slice of heaven!

Everything about Pyrthea Houses was exceptional. The attention to detail within the property in which my friend and I stayed (Harmony) was memorable. The design of the space is so stylish and comfortable. And nothing was forgotten: Beach chairs and umbrellas, big cozy bath towels, a well equipped kitchen with coffee supplied, a welcome basket filled with goodies. It really was perfect. And the view is another story. There is nothing like a Koufonisia sunset away from the crowds like some of the other islands have. My friend and I both loved every minute of our time at the Pyrthea Houses on Koufanisia. Also - Elina is so thoughtful and helpful. Her responses to emails before we arrived were prompt and always helpful. And while we were on the island Elina was truly a love - so kind and always available when we needed her.

Perfect for a relaxing romantic stay

Location was perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine

We were welcomed at the harbour and taken to the beautifully immaculate accommodation. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Stunning location and great for views of the amazing Koufonisi sunset. The house was beautiful. Welcome basket, immaculately clean and comfortable. We loved it here and will definitely be coming back! The perfect antidote following the madness of Mykonos !

Un lieu d’exception : confortable, bien placé et très beau

La beauté de la construction (extérieurs et intérieur) , le confort, la modernité tout en restant dans l’esprit grec. Les petits plus comme les produits d’hygiène à disposition, le ménage tous les jours, le petit panier d’accueil et les boissons fraîches a l’arrivée.

C’était exceptionnel donc rien à redire.
