Krásný,prostorný byt,výborná poloha v centru,byli jsme maximálně spokojeni.

Het was gehorig, tv en gesprekken van de buren waren letterlijk te horen. Evenals het drukke verkeer buiten: En het was wat oud, deuren klemden, douche was aan vervanging toe.

Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, especially by the marina. Supermarkets also close. All the main attractions of Malaga within walking distance. The apartment is on the 6th floor with views to the port/marina. South facing balcony so lots of sun. Communication with the agents was first class. Kitchen has basic equipment enough for the visit - we didn't cook. Bed comfortable; settees a bit hard but we spent more time on the balcony chairs. Security good. Lift ok. Bus stop for the 'A' Express to the airport just across the road - perfect!

The shower has a no-working multi jet spa type fitting which severely limits the space in the cubicle. It looks like it has been disconnected and a straight forward shower head fitted. The only annoying thing about the whole apartment was trying to get a steady flow of warm water. Frequent fluctuations between scalding and freezing for no apparent reason - no other water running etc.

It’s in a great location with a spacious balcony with great views of the bull ring the park and port. Both bedrooms and living/dining room lead onto balcony. There is is a good size TV with Netflix. The hob looked new and oven was clean. Good communication with staff and very accommodating. It’s in a nice residential building with good restaurants and cultural points of interest nearby.

This property is not luxury but is spacious. It would have been a smart apartment in it’s day. Judging by its original decor I would say 1980’s. It’s faded, worn, old fashioned and needs a complete refit. The bathroom is smelly and grout and shower grotty. Water came back up the floor drain. The dated shower is hideous and awkward and space restricted, and hot water is temperamental. We had no hot water for last 24 hrs. The microwave overheated after 30 seconds it must be 20 years old and dangerous. Patio doors don’t close or don’t open and offer no sound defence and should be replaced for ecological and security purposes. There is only one bathroom and a tiny toilet. Not sure how 5 or 7 people would cope. The toiletries were hand soap in a dispenser- that’s it. The guest bedroom has a huge walk-in wardrobe which should be converted to an ensuit. The wardrobe interiors were worn and dusty. The sofa bed is uncomfortable to sit on, there are no throws or cushions. The wall art work is amateurish and garish and not pleasant to wake up to. The bedding was cheap and worn and stained. There is 1 pillow per bed. Only one bedside lamp in double room. How much would a lamp cost.? No luxury here. No extra blankets and quilts were wafer thin and cover faded and dated. We were 3 guests paying same price as 5. I think we should have 5 towels. 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person for 7 days is not luxurious. We were staying in March with poor weather and sand storms and it was difficult to dry a wash. The apartment was not clean it was dusty and the inside of bin lid was disgusting. I bought antibacterial wipes and went over everything especially the remote control which was grimy. Considering COVID this is not acceptable.
