The owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and treats you like a VIP. He has a very positive attitude and is happy to accommodate every request. He stays in constant contact and is always someone you can rely on. He makes you feel genuinely well looked after—for example, when I asked about an umbrella, he immediately brought me his own, helped me park the car, and even stored our luggage after check-out.

The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful sea view, and you can even hear the sound of the waves. The kitchen is very well equipped, so it's easy to prepare breakfast or dinner and enjoy your meals with such an amazing view. The beach is literally one minute away, and the city center is within walking distance. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of cafés and restaurants. The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations for interesting places to visit. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. The apartment was equipped with towels, cutlery, salt, and other essentials. However, you may need to buy a few basic items yourself, such as cooking oil or vinegar. If we visit Málaga again, we would be happy to stay here again!

This did not affect our holiday in any way, but a few things are worth mentioning. We visited Málaga outside of the hottest season, and the temperature was very comfortable for us. However, the air conditioning unit was only in the living room. This may be common in the area, but we're not sure how comfortable the bedroom would be during the hottest part of the summer. The apartment itself is not newly renovated, but this was not an issue for us because everything was functional and worked well.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und liegt in einer perfekten Lage. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Haustüre und die Altstadt ist in 10min fußläufig entlang dem modernen "Hafenviertel" erreichbar. Der Vermieter Cesár war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise mit unserem Gepäck geholfen und war auch zwischendurch für Rückfragen unkompliziert und schnell erreichbar! Eine Klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung und den Vermieter.

Location very good. Bars, restaurants and shops all within 200 metres.

Bathroom showed a lot of signs of damp, shower head needed replacing. Similarly there were signs of damp in the kitchen, but not as bad as the bathroom. Sea view only if you lean out of window!
