Paseo de Reding is a beautifully designed apartment located just 150 meters from La Malagueta Beach and within walking distance of Málaga’s main cultural and shopping areas. Its prime location, along with high-end finishes and thoughtful decor, make it the perfect choice for enjoying everything the city has to offer.
The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable seating area (two sofas and a coffee table) and a dining area with seating for six. From the living room, guests can even catch a glimpse of the sea, a true luxury given the apartment’s proximity to the beach.
There are three double bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. The property also includes two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with all essentials, plus a convenient breakfast bar.
Beyond its comfort and style, the apartment’s location is unbeatable. Just a short walk away is El Tropicana, a popular beachfront restaurant known for excellent local cuisine and cocktails. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

We spent a month in this apartment, Its in a great location and its very comfortable. We would have given it 5 stars but for the beds which we found uncomfortable, too hard for us. We also thought a holiday let should have international channels on the tv. All in all it was a good stay.

We spent almost a full week here and found it well stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay. Walking to the beach and old town was easy and enjoyable. Driving to Granada and Ronda was doable. The downside was no parking but there is a fairly close parking garage. We loved it

Great location and overall stay. Very close to the beach and walking distance to the center. Will definitely come back if we are in Malaga!

The apartment was slightly disappointing and not really suitable for 6 adults as we thought it would be. 2 of the bed rooms are very dark and have small single beds. The apartment is in a super location for beach, old town and all the bars and restaurants, we didn’t need a car and enjoyed cycling the coastal path.
