The location is good, Málaga is a beautiful city worth visiting.

It was super clean and not far from the city center.

It was uncomfortable: mattress, pillow, chairs, couch. To top it off, we had to be very mindful with the hot water if we both wanted to have warm showers. I complained, apparently someone looked it up and came back with “there’s nothing wrong and should be enough for 2 showers in a row”. It wasn’t. Also asked for different pillows, never got them.

Great value for money

The location is great, and the garden and terrace are lovely. The mattress is very comfortable, the bedding was clean and cosy, and the lighting in the room is excellent. Free parking outside and easy check in.

The pillows are awful — lumpy, overly soft, and broken up into clumps of filling. There is no sound insulation, so you can hear every conversation happening upstairs, as well as the communal bathroom being used throughout the night. Due to the on going rain, the outside seating in the booked room with the “terrace” wasn’t usable — the cushions were soaked through, so there was nowhere to sit. It would be helpful to store these inside when it rains so guests can enjoy the outside space once the weather clears.

Pleasant, comfortable, easy reach of cultural and social centre of Malaga.

It was very pleasant accommodation. The house had lots of different aspects, like pool and hammocks, great it the summer. The walk up to it was steepish, but on the way down city centre, very enjoyable. So, all in all, comfortable, pleasant, very central. So very recommended from me.

Magical Place.

I highly recommend. The place exceeded our expectations. First of all, very clean, tastefully decorated. Beautiful rooms. Clean, well-kept bathrooms ... and the garden, magical. Very quiet, safe place. I don't remember when I relaxed so much while being in a hotel. White hammocks, figs, lemons, bananas on trees. Super equipped kitchen (coffee, tea for guests. The owner is very nice - you can see that she cares. I highly recommend.Gosia i Beata from Poland. ps. I know other guests were also impressed with this cozy place. Thank you !!!

Best place in Malaga

Property has nice and decent facilities, the kitchen is equipped by everything you need. Garden is fantastic! You also have park close to, so every night is full of birds singing and it’s so enjoyable! I didn’t really want to go down to a city full of people, cars, and summer heat.

Maybe additional curtain on window for rooms on first floor will give more privacy.

Amazing little private apartment, super close to the centre of town.

Super little private apartment, The bed was comfy, and the aircon was a godsend on the hottest days. Very easy walk into town, super close to all the tours and restaurants we wanted to go to. The restaurant recommendations that the hosts left for us were all brilliant. The kitchen facilities are perfect for making our breakfast in before we went out for the day.

idylic quite retreat after walking and exploring Malaga’s old town.

quirky vibes a cross between a hostel and a retreat from the city. we had lovely room with views over terracotta slates to the port. small but nice balcony. we had private bathroom but some rooms have communal bathroom. shared kitchen area. was nice to have the outside garden area. wished we had stayed here longer staff friendly room clean, AC works!

Nice and quiet!

Nice and quiet neighbourhood. As a solo traveller I never felt unsafe walking home from city centre or vice versa. Helpful and friendly staff and I really enjoyed the peaceful garden. Perfect for its price range!

The only downside with renting the separate apartment was the fact that I had to lock the door and go around the corner of the street to access the garden through the gate. It made it bit inconvenient (bring a snack, a drink, a book, lock the door, wear clothes over the bikini etc etc), which I guess could be important to keep in mind when renting the deluxe apartment with one bedroom. Did not keep me from enjoying the lovely garden everyday though! :)

Great experience

Cute place with a cozy garden. Our bathroom was shared by only two rooms, making it very comfortable and always clean. Staff was friendly and available.

Everything! Literally all of it was wonderful. Central location, easy to find. Easy and smooth check-in. EXTREMELY kind and pleasant employees. Very good hospitality Stocked kitchen and bathroom - everything we needed was there. Hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, cornflakes, cereal, tea and coffee! Creamers etc everything EXTREMELY nice owner of the guesthouse, very responsive when we asked questions Beautiful pool and leisure area Wonderful common room/living room with tv Books you can borrow Everything is clean and nice and absolutely wonderful! If we visit Malaga again, will surely return to this little gem. 10/10 recommend

Perfect quiet location for a short stay.

The property was about a 20 minute walk from the port area and easily accessible by means of the bus services. It was a little hard to find but prior contact with the guesthouse made this a lot easier and their information was invaluable. Although the pool was empty at the time of our visit there was plenty of useable outside spaces to relax. The kitchen facilities were great with your own space allocated within the fridge should you so wish to use it.

The towels were a little worn and we did find the shared bathroom a bit small. However, on out next visit we will book a room with a private bathroom. This was our first time visiting the guesthouse but we will certainly revisit on the next occassion.

Overrated.

I liked the garden.

I didn’t like that there was no responsibility taken for ruining our clothes or telling us they were ruined when they washed them. There were no bowls for the cereal so had to use cups. Bed wasn’t a double, it was 2 singles so beds kept slipping apart and was very uncomfortable.

A good 2 night stay, easy access to the old town. Would recommend.

Glad there was cereal , coffee, tea. Lifesaver as I was feeling unwell so great to have access to a kitchen. Able to cook if you wished,fridge , cooker and kettle. I had a room at the side of the house and it was basic but comfortable . The front rooms were more spacious and 1 at least had a balcony. The staff were friendly and will answer any questions you have.

The bedding and rooms could be updated to modern duvets and white sheets and pillow cases. But the existing bed linen was clean and the bed comfortable.

Nice facilities but unfriendly owner

The quiet location and the garden. The kitchen available is also useful.

The owner is very unfriendly and will threaten to call the police if you are 1 hour late checking out. If you tell them you are not happy with your room, they will ignore you. Also room number 5 was very noisy in the morning because the reception is right outside the bedroom.

Booked the double deluxe room with balcony. Amazing place and staff not to forget the little cat they had. Close to everything. Only 20 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the town. The garden is amazing it’s as if you’re at an exotic country. They had everything from lemon trees to banana, mango even figs.

The location was great, easy to get into town and great tips left for where to eat, drink, what to visit etc. The facilities were great, the garden and pool were fabulous and the communication was great. Felt really safe as a solo female traveller too. They were really accommodating with check in when my plane was late too.

Useful for one night

Bed was fairly comfy and access to the property was easy enough. Aircon system in the room that can make it cooler in summer and warmer in winter was very useful! Garden area outside and table area inside were very cute and relaxing

The room is absolutely tiny so I wouldn't stay here for more than one night, although it may be okay for one person. The bathroom was absolutely freezing and the floor in there was even colder. Location is a bit out of the way in Malaga but I don't think that's the purpose of this place anyway

Home away from home

Location was perfect! 5 min to a grocery stroe, 15 min to the old city and found parking easily on the street. Staff and owner were so kind let us stay after check out until we managed to figure out our next destination (ended up staying for another night as we liked it so much). The place itself is beautiful with amazing garden and homey atmosphere. The welcome letter in our room declared the purpose was to make us feel like we are at home, this was our experience exactly! Thanks for the , amazing stay and hospitallity , and the great reccomendations for the area!

Nice place with a perfect garden to chill in

Very nice garden with fruit trees and hammocks, we even wanted to chill out there instead of going to see the city:)

There was no hot water on the top floor, hope they fixed that already. Also, someone took some of our food in the frdge (but obviously it wasn't the property's fault).

Exceptional

Arrived late after a long journey and a mountain hike with a busy day ahead. Being able to find keys and clear instructions in a beautifully decorated and pleasing villa in the city centre was very comforting. Made a hot drink, relaxed and recovered in a home from home atmosphere, (and I am fussy at almost 30 wks pregnant) had a night peak at the garden which was impressive also. I would recommend and return.
