Perfect location and good price

Amazing location and views and the apartment itself is easy to find. The bed and sofa were comfortable enough and the kitchen/ washing machine is great for families

The drains in the house cause the house to smell really bad, so perhaps the day before renting it out this should be cleaned/ addressed

Great location marina apartment

The apartment was located in a great area, very close to local amenities and the beach (5 mins walk).

One of the roller blinds was broken, the aircon did not work, luckily it wasn't mid summer heat. It could have had such facilities like coffee/tea.

Exceptionally disappointing

Location was ok

There was a mould stench in the apartment, mould in the air conditioning. The wood around the door frames was rotting. The apartment was a health hazard.

As it said in the previous reviews I can confirm that it doesn’t looks so good as in photos as is old furniture and needs painting,no cutleries in our room,in the bathroom the toilet was dusty

Avoid! After a good experience with Caletta homes in the past I won’t use them again .I paid over 300 Euro for two night

The location was excellent and the views stunning

My experience started with the management company. I had requested to arrive about 2pm and instead of saying no to me which I could accept I was left hanging not knowing if it were possible . We arrived at 2pm and the cleaner was only about to start cleaning (she was very pleasant) and asked for a couple of hours so we went off . We arrived back at 4 but she needed another 30 mins as the place had been left in a dreadful state after the previous people ! After she left the first thing that struck us was the unpleasant smell (like sewage) , I turned on the air conditioner and specks of dust lanes on the couch (first photo) as if it hadn’t been cleaned or serviced in a long time. The second photo shows the stains on the couch , a very old pull out bed/couch that needs to be thrown out ! The third photo shows the hair dryer , a fire hazard , it needs to be replaced also . There wasn’t a bedside locker and only two plugs in the bedroom . The toilet was very close to the sink, there was hardly any room to turn in the bathroom.

The location

The apartment wasn’t clean and definitely needs a lift again. For that price I expect a regular maintenance but it seems there is no interest in investment. no Internet the whole stay even though it was mentioned the first day

Great location, therefore sacrifice on other things

The location is perfect, the apartment is outdated and doesn’t feel clean. All cutlery and crockery was dusty. Couch was dirty, needs a good clean. Floors also old and not clean that you would feel ok putting your barefeet on.

Fantastic 6 day break in lovely Malaga

The location, everything was close at hand, shops, beach and city 10 min walk, view from apartment was amazing. The facilities were perfect for us, kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge also a washing machine which was a bonus, it was spacious and comfortable. No Smell as previous comments mentioned. Plenty of towels, bedding all clean. (We stayed floor 8, apartment E) no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was great value (we stayed middle of March. 2024) seriously people need to manage their expectations better and enjoy life !

Honestly there is nothing we didn’t like.

stayed in 8D a very basic apartment with no attention to detail or your comfort. Window slider grooves look as though they never get cleaned, black mold on bottom of shower screen. wallpaper peeling off in lounge and also in lounge one curtain about half a meter longer than the other and trailing on the floor. No electric sockets in lounge and one double socket in kitchen area which is over the sink and directly behind the tap, water and electricity what could possibly go wrong?

The location was really nice, right by the beach and Malaga centre area

No pillows for the outside sofa bed even though we were 4 guests, and windows had no blinds. No water or anything

I liked its proximity to beach and venues. Clean and modern. Staff very responsive.

During our three night stay we had problems with plumbing (sink, shower and kitchen sink not draining) and we feared using the washing machine for this reason. They came next day to fix it but when we were asleep in the morning (we would have appreciated some notice of approx ETA)

Overall OK experience, don’t really worth the money

1: Location is wonderful, next to the port, steps away from the beach 2: room is spacious, comes with one AC in the living room and one in the bedroom.

1:check in is such a PAIN, their website doesn’t remember the info you put in, it took me three tries. (includes uploading your ID pics, selfies, ID issue dates…etc,) 2: reception is very very very very far away from the place you will be staying. 3:check-in time is 4PM!!!! so if you arrive early you’ll have to leave your luggage at their reception and then walk w your luggage again for a whole 20 mins to arrive the apartment. 3: Room is very dark, needs more light 4: some equipments need to be tended to: for example, the room we stayed in has broken showered, the tube was detached. Mop was stored inside of the closet WET! could be very smelly with this heat. There is a washing machine but no clips to hang the clothes. 5: room pic on booking is seeviewed, but in reality it was facing the other side.

Excellent location to the beach and in walking distance to town and all the communities and things you’d want to see.

We stayed for a month between January and February. The weather was cold at times and the wall heaters did not work. We had them on at the max but it didn’t produce any heat. There was a constant sewer smell in the entire apartment, this was probably something that could not be remedied during our stay so I didn’t mention it to the booking. com representative.

I never would have booked

I didn’t like nothing about the property. I thought O booked a room, according to the pictures, but the one we got was totally different, horrible and uncomfortable, very, very small, there was even a table to eat.

Not even a table to eat, there was barely room for our luggage. I never would have booked an apartment like this one, the pictures were so wrong

Close to beach

Not enough towels, have to ask for more. Not enough pillows for extra person. There is a noise that we heard from the living room and we can't sleep in the evening.
