In general, a great spot, but a bit overpriced

The apartment was nice and clean. The location is great.

The shower room was terrible because it smelled bad, and you could hear when someone flushed their toilet.

It could be a 5, but I'm highly unsatisfied becasue of the customer support.

Location is perfect, the studio is brand new, well organized.

The A/C was noisy, I shared that with the host after the first night, they said they were asking someone to check but the noise didn't disappear and they didn't give me any feedback. After few days, I asked for any updated, they said that someone came to check and they repair it. But the noise was still there exactly as day 1. I understand that A/C can make some noise, and to be honest this was not very strong, but was cleary something wrong, it was irregular and this was quite disturbing at night. On top of this, in the room of my friend, the A/C was working perfectly.

Poor hygiene, disappointing stay - avoid

L’emplacement

We stayed one night and left early due to major hygiene issues. Drain flies were already smashed on the walls when we arrived, clearly not cleaned. On our side, we killed over 30 during the day alone, as the place was infested with them from the start. Worse: 4 cockroaches came out of the shower joints and disappeared back into the wall. That’s not “normal sea humidity” as the hosts claimed : it’s an infestation and a clear sign of poor hygiene. The hosts refused any refund or gesture. There was a strong sewage smell, dirty shower joints, stained sheets and curtains, and filthy floors, our socks turned black in 20 minutes. Soundproofing is poor, with a connecting door to the next apartment and large gaps in the entrance door, not safe. Also, the bed is very small. It smells nice when you walk in, but that’s just a deodorizer masking poor maintenance. No idea how this place has such a high cleanliness score. It doesn’t match reality. Not recommended at all.

Short stay in Malaga

Fantastic location. For families - there is small playground just outside of the building, also very close 2-3 playgrounds at the beach. Streets are full of cars, but we managed to park our car and paid only few Euros.

No salt, pepper ect. No umbrella for the beach. The closest beach is very dirty.

Great location so close to the beach (only 3 minutes walking), shops and cafes are very close too. Very clean and comfortable studio apartment.

Very comfortable and perfectly located

Amazing location: next to the marina and the Malagueta beach. The apartment overall: clean, well decorated and equiped with everything what's needed. Beds were comfortable. Contact was perfect. There was leaking pipe under the sink when we got there but it was imediately fixed after my message. Also, a help with ordering a taxi was imediate. We loved the stay and we will definitely book it if we visit Malaga again.

We were missing a dishwasher a bit but it's really nothing. Also in the apartment were we were located there was not enough space to have a proper table but we mostly ate in the restaurants so it was not a big deal.

Disappointed stay and they ignore complaints

The first two days there were no problems.

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 13 days. The first two days were good, but the rest of the days there was problems every day. We experienced: - that the aircondition stopped working 2-3 times, - the internet (which we of course paid for in the total cost) did not work properly even though we complained about it and could see that the wifi in the other apartments worked just fine. - we got locked out of our room several times, because the door did not open with our code - the night before we had to leave we got locked out of the whole building, because the frontdoor could not open with our code (or any other code), so we of course contacted you with the problem, but still we had to wait nearly two hours (!!) before we got inside the bulding and inside our room. When finally we got inside the power was off, so we had to throw all the stuff in the fridge out. When we got home I contacted the place to complaint and talk about a little compensation/refund, but they have completely ignored my two e-mails regarding this topic. So all in all I would not recommend this place, as they ignore complaints.

Modern, clean, great location (a very short walk to the beach), very stylish. The location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was really comfortable. Checking in and out was the easiest I have ever experienced - no keys or assistance required!

There was construction noise coming from upstairs which started at 8am every day. It was like sharing the room with a pneumatic drill at times - not ideal for remote workers on Zoom calls! Hopefully just a temporary issue. Could do with a few more supplies (soap, dish soap, loo roll).

Good location but there was no cheap parking

I liked the location, apartment was very nice decorated and clean. The host was friendly and answered my questions.

There was no balcony, and the apartment was on the ground floor. The view was to the sreet. Also the biggest obstacle was that there was no free parking nearby. The parking nearby was underground and it cost approximately 28 eur for 12 hours.

Fijn verblijf, goede locatie enkele verbeterpunten.

Perfecte locatie, bij de haven, aldaar veel restaurants, barretjes, winkels en levendigheid. Geen last van overlast. Loopafstand centrum, musea, winkels over de boulevard of park.Supermarkt om de hoek. Strand om de hoek. Smaakvolle inrichting, goed ingerichte keuken appartement en volwaardige badkamer. Duidelijke app met instructies en informatie.

Een kleine eettafel (eventueel opklapbaar) voor bijvoorbeeld ontbijt zou erg prettig zijn, zeker omdat je een volwaardige keuken hebt. Een lage salontafel heb je niets aan. Het appartement oogt kleiner dan de gestelde 45m2 en is voor 4 personen wel krap. Het bed in de slaapkamer is voor lange mensen kort.

Appartement bien situé et au calme, spacieux pour 2 et bonne literie.

Fantastisch mooi en modern ingericht appartement op een top locatie!

Top locatie! Bij de haven, heel dicht bij centrum en het strand. Super centraal

Enige tip die ik mee wil geven, is iets meer handdoeken. 1 handdoek per persoon voor 5 dagen is heel weinig. Die kun je wel wassen in de wasmachine, maar als je die binnen moet drogen ( geen balkon), dan heb je s’avonds geen droge handdoeken om je mee af te drogen.

Gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Ideal wäre wenn es im Apartment noch einen Besen hätte um zwichendurch sauber zu machen oder Ständer im Bad um Handtuch und WC-Papier aufzuhängen.
