Central location. Sea view. It could be a nice apartment if some effort was put into making it more homely.

Very basic. Duvets were not clean and had no covers, just clean sheets on top and below them. Bathroom tiles badly cracked in places. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, which we cleaned ourselves. We picked it for the location, but we hadn't fully read previous reviews, which also noted these negative things. Sofa had the same ugly cover mentioned by a previous visitor. The staff kindly kept in touch with us, but we didn't complain because we didn't want the hassle.

Location is wonderful. Great views of beach from window. Good to have a balcony. Small kitchen but had oven, microwave and hob. Bright living area with large tv. Office staff were good and reacted quickly to our problems replacing a faulty toaster within a day .

Bathroom is seriously in need of renovation. Tiles were unsightly and had been patched up badly. Sofa and chairs in living room need recovered or replaced. Unacceptable for an apartment costing so much to rent. Bed sheets were slightly small and kept coming off the mattress. Key instructions were unnecessarily complicated with photos that didn’t match reality. Yacan is still a mystery to us all .

Nous avons été déçus par l’état général du logement. La terrasse n’avait pas été nettoyée, l’étendoir était sale, la salle de bain présentait de la moisissure, il y avait de la poussière sous les lits, et même du plâtre se détachait des murs. La machine à laver n’essorait pas, ce qui nous a obligés à faire notre lessive en laverie. Les casseroles et poêles étaient dans un état insalubre. Nous tenons toutefois à souligner que l’agence a été très réactive pour intervenir. Pour un logement censé être prêt à l’arrivée, l’état dans lequel nous l’avons trouvé n’était pas acceptable. L’emplacement seul ne suffit pas : un minimum de propreté et d’entretien est indispensable pour proposer une location.
