Un immense merci à Sergio pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse sincère et son professionnalisme irréprochable. Le logement était tout simplement parfait : impeccable, confortable, décoré avec goût et pensé dans les moindres détails. On s’y est sentis immédiatement bien, comme dans un véritable cocon. L’espace spa a rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale, offrant de vrais moments de détente dans un cadre superbe. Toujours disponible, attentionné et chaleureux, Sergio a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus beau et plus serein. Une très belle rencontre humaine, rare et précieuse. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs. Merci pour tout Sergio !

It was really exceptional stay and service. Collecting keys as easy as getting to your own home. Everything inside the apartment is clean and cozy and comfortable. You will find a lot of things that are usually missing in the short term apartments (like coffee, sugar, salt, dishwashing liqud, detergent for washing mashime). Here - everything is for guests' comfort. The owner has provided a complete guide of restaurants, supermarkets and atractions in the surroundings. SPA and relax zone was also super: easy booking and usage at a convenient time).

Can't think of anything what relates to facilities and the host.

The flat is great. It is very modern, extremely well equipped, tastefully furnished, very clean and in very good condition. The terrace offers a fantastic view of Mount Etna. We would have had no problem moving into the flat for a whole year or longer. 😉 The option to use the Spa area was also great. The sauna is sufficient for two people. The pool is enough to refresh yourself and relax thanks to the massage jets. However, it should be said that it is too small for swimming. That didn't bother us. It was possible to reserve it at short notice and then you had the area to yourself. The service and communication with the landlords was also excellent and extremely friendly. Requests were always answered promptly. The tips for restaurants, beaches, etc. were very helpful, we were not disappointed. Two notes about location. Firstly, it is highly advisable to have a car for the entire duration of your stay. It is too far to walk to the centre and the beach, the is no bus near the house and the route is not pleasant. Secondly, the motorway is nearby. This can be heard, especially on the terrace and when the windows are open. We didn't find it too bad, but it's good to know. We would book this accommodation again anytime.

The area is very nice and easy to get used to. There are plenty of mini markets down the street. Access to food was easy :D A lot of great restaurants on main road next to beach. Beach was not full as we visited in October, not rocky and nice sand. There are few bus stops around, easy to understand, one stop takes you directly to train station so you can visit a lot in one day. The apartment itself was very clean, fully equipped with a lot stuff that make your stay so much more comfortable, allows you to cook, clean anything it was nice choice :) The view from windows was beautiful you can see beautiful Castelmola on the hill in the night it's amazing to see from your room. The balcony was great bonus you can enjoy breakfast and views, you can also make use of drying rack put it there and enjoy fresh laundry. Another excellent thing was spa, it included swimming pool, finnish and turkish sauna and also shower, its great if you are tired after long day and want to treat yourself. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially I want to thank the wonderful host Sergio he was like angel to us, he helped us a lot and was always available when we had questions about apartment or anything related to area. It was the best holiday for my partner and I, we are grateful for this wonderful experience and I recommend this place with all my heart :)
