Sarahouse apartament is lovely, impecably clean, well mentained and pretty new. It is very close (2-3 mins walk) to a nice, free beach. I liked that it is not located in a most touristic area, so I could watch local life from the balcony.
The street surrounding the apartment is very busy and noisy, even late at night, as a lot of scooters are diving by. Additionaly, the kitchen could be better equiped - we were missing some basic things, like a cutting board and a grater.
