Location was a little off the beaten track. Easy and cheap to get taxis into Bowness - travel by car prohibitive because of limitations on parking in town centre.

The cottage was spacious with plenty of seating in the lounge & dining area, especially if there were 10 guests staying. The kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tub was lovely to use anytime of day.
The TV could be linked to Amazon/Netflicks and wi-fi enabled streaming.
The grounds were very pleasant.
The location was central to the Lake District, and 15-20 min walk into Bowness. However, it's a long uphill walk back.
